austinkenneth:
Those that sold yesterday got it right and are in pole position to control future JIJOs within this month.

(1) They sell the bid, the price starts crashing (full offer) for days....This played out yesterday
(2) you panic and sell 10-20% below the price they sold.....This is playing out today.
(3) they come back to repurchase at lower prices (afterall the fundamentals of the company is OK, and they believe in the company more than you,but if they can get lower prices, why not?)
(4) they are done with repurchasing, price starts to increase due to their action.
(5) You bite yourself, I bought and then it crashed, I sold and then it rose. Something is wrong with me. I'm operating under a curse... etc.....
(6) You jump in again with others like you---> Full bid and they sell on you
(7) The cycle continues. Some in virtous cylcle. Some in vicious cycle.

By the end of the game, wealth would have been re-allocated. Some will be on top while other will be below.

Wealth would have been not necessarily created nor destroyed but transfered from one person to another.

Remember the transfer from one person to another is not 100% efficient just like energy (brokerage fees, brokers smiling to the bank)

My advice is: If you have a fundamentally sound stock and you missed participating step 1 above as the seller, do not partake in step 2.
That may lead to vicious cycle. Take a chill pill and re-join the game only from step 3 or 4.

Let me give a lead for those that don't do critical thinking.

OANDO set up the current Bull run for over a week.

I logged in at the start of trading session xtady and discovered the propeller of the current BULL RUN has been clipped.

Even though my Fidelitybk was still on full bid i had to quickly dispose.

knowing fully well there will be a negative chain reaction on the entire market.

Since the Tinubu's has decide to pull the carpet.

So that's how it works.

I bought Stanbic around N15.50 last December it is currently doing 80%.

I bought UBA @2.7 and sold @2.9 grin

The problem we have as human is fear. Our economy is not helping matters. Very unstable.
I still have my ucap which I bought last year @1.66 and have received dividends twice which is over 50% of my investment aside capital appreciation. Even Treasury bill can't beat that!
The best way to make money from stock is to combine investing with trading. Those over trading are only making money for brokers.
Just imagine someone that bought goods stocks like UBA, access, zenith, GTB, last year without selling. By now the person should have made close to 300% dividends included. Even dollar business didn't give that returns.
Please what of those that bought

UBA #9
FBNH #16
SKYEBK #4

A Bill for an Act to repeal and re-enact the Oil and Gas Free Zone Authority Act passed second reading at the House of Representatives on Wednesday.

The bill, which was sponsored by Rep. Emmanuel Orker-Jev and four other legislators, seeks to liberalise oil and gas free zone and make the authority more responsive to its mandate.

Leading the debate, Orker-Jev said Onne/Ikpokiri in Rivers was currently the only Oil and Gas Free Zone by the provisions of the existing Act and the powers of the President.

According to Orker-Jev, the bill seeks to liberalise the zones and provide for the establishment and designation of oil free zones and sub-zones in the country.

According to him, going by the current trends, there is need to maximise the benefit of the oil and gas free zones and ensure inclusion of local content.

The lawmaker said the amendment would help to account for all oil and gas business transactions in the country.

On his part, Rep. Sylvester Ogbaga (Ebonyi-PDP) said the oil and gas free zone in the country was considered the best in Africa.

He said that when the bill was passed, it will reduce the challenges facing the zone and stem the continuous loss of revenue in the sector.

It barred the banks from accessing forex from the newly instituted SMEs Forex Window.
The affected banks refused to sell forex to genuine SMEs that met disbursement requirements.
Confirming the development, CBN Spokesman, Isaac Okorafor, said only eight lenders – Access Bank Plc, Diamond Bank Plc, Fidelity Bank, Heritage Bank, Jaiz Bank, Sterling Bank, Unity Bank and Zenith Bank, sold forex to SMEs and were cleared by the regulator.

Everyone is busy shouting Dangote flour! Dangote flour,

Forgotten the Chief monkey seller himself bought a very large chunk it early last yr at sub#1:00k.

Few weeks later he manipulated it to N4:00k now divested the most lucrative part of the business (NODDLES) and released a good result.

He's now ready to sell some of his monkeys.

For those that dont know history It's this same monkeys he sold for N15:00 as IPO in 2007 & manipulated it above N55 and from there it descended below 90kobo.

A word is enough for the wise.

loll 2 years loun loun nice one
FBN gradually pulled back from N20 to below N4 in under 10 years.
That pull is still looking for the last chapter
10yrs ago (2007) FBNH traded above N70 and this year it has traded below N3:00k and still some miracle seekers are waiting for dead bone to rise.

When we kept saying of seeing a dead ELEPHANT doesn't mean the bank will liquidate or change brand rather it's their shareholder's funds that will bear the BRUNT.

Case Study is UNION BANK that also traded @ circa N70 in 2007.

Then after the 2009 Sanusi crises
cum share reconstruction they've been in GHOST MODE and till date their shareholders funds has been on continuous depletion.

In Nigeria business terrain most BRANDS that are identified with crisis hardly comes out of such stigma.

So people wise up and stop emotional investment.

In orderwords if you are looking for 5 to 10%profits no problem as long as your stop loss is in place but if you're waiting for when cars will run on water then you are on your own.

(FOOD 4 THOUGHT)

http://www.cnbc.com/2017/04/10/couple-that-retired-in-their-30s-share-their-no-1-money-saving-tip.html

Justin and Kaisorn McCurry fast-tracked their retirement by saving up to 70% of their income and putting that money to work.
You don't have to win the lottery or even earn a huge paycheck to retire early,

Justin tells CNBC: "It really just comes down to saving some of your income, setting it aside and letting it grow."
The key to saving more than half your income, he says, is to keep the "big three expenses" — housing, transportation and food — as low as possible: "Look at those top expenses and see if there's any negotiating room."

The McCurry family
By cutting back on "the big three," the McCurry's can keep their annual expenses incredibly low for a family of five: at about $40,000.

They stayed in the starter home they bought out of grad school and paid off their mortgage in 2015, meaning they only cover utilities and maintenance. In terms of transportation, "we kept the cars that we bought brand-new in college for 16 years and just replaced them last year," says Justin.

As for food, they budget $500 a month for groceries. You can read more about how they feed a family of five for $500 a month on their blog, Root of Good.

The McCurry's aren't the only supersavers who focus on keeping their big expenses at bay. "The Money Wizard," a 26-year-old financial blogger who has already built up $150,000 in savings and is on track to retire by 37, says a key to his high savings rate is keeping fixed costs as low as possible.

"If you look at my spending compared to most people, the two main areas I save the most on are rent and car payments," says "The Money Wizard," who keeps his fixed costs at or below $1,000 a month. "I drive a 13-year-old truck that's completely paid off and I split rent with my girlfriend in Minneapolis."

His perspective is similar to that of the McCurry's. You don't need inheritances or windfalls to retire early, he writes: "Just lots of saving, basic investment, and a desk job in the finance industry that places my salary barely above the median household income."
