EnlightenedSoul:Now I understand |
EnlightenedSoul:Every part of it, do other countries make efficient and greener SUVs than the Japanese? After all for hybrid cars Japanese sell more hybrid cars and SUVs alike than any manufacturer so that's why I'm lost at your write up. No pun intended at all. |
EnlightenedSoul:What are you saying. |
The world over loves Japanese cars after all in the USA with a lot of discerning buyers, researchers and autoist, Toyota still sells more. So saying Toyota syndrome (concept developed by me) is a Nigerian thing is actually unfounded, I'm not a toyota fan per se but I must admit that they make good cars all manager from premium to low class vehicles they are there to serve you. Whether you like it or not people will keep saying Japanese cars have better fuel economy because they took that battle and won it first before it became a norm. |
dancok:Use (noroot firewall) it works like magic it's available on playstore. |
Psalmwise:For your mind you ask intelligent question abi, where you for hear say them they convert Android to blackberry. Dumbest question of the century. |
lomomike:More or less a 120y |
And the Honda quintet was the car that brought the insatiable quest for automobile knowledge in me. I love cars. |
CityNG:I know you are yoruba and from ibadan, because I follow you and oga siena closely. Because of you 2 and few others like gazzuz, ikenna etc I'm a king in my hood coupled with my obsession for engine and combustion. You rock, you will be the one to buy my supra. I'm a world citizen, I love humans with knowledge that's my weakness |
CityNG:My boss |
Dad also owned the first Gen prelude, I hope to buy him another Honda when I finish buying my supra probably a civic. |
@cityng that's what I'm talking about, you mean you sold it for 50 kobo wow that means you are really an old man. @shagati so much for Honda's reliability, a norm still practice till modern day (though not a Honda person but I respect Honda to the bone) @cityng you did a good job here, never knew Honda made trucks way back wondered why they ain't going that road anymore, just the sissy looking Ridge line. |
Supra |
I await classic Honda |
@cityng you mean it's faster than your BMW 528? |
Surprisingly I've not seen the miata in my area in nigeria. |
All of you screaming 2000gt did any of you folks ever had the privilege of seeing it. |
I will definitely keep my 1989 Toyota Camry manual transmission in good shape because it will called a classic when it hits 30years, and that's pretty close. It's so painful people don't know the joy we derive from owning a classic. |
Your job isn't done show the world what the Toyota century looks like. |
@cityng is that red one the gt2000, and mr2 spyder, men Toyota used to make good cars o. |
billy187: Went down to pay my uncle a visit last weekend. He has finally sold off his beamer **sob**.Hmmm sorry about your uncle's decision to sell off the Beemer, I'm not a Toyota guy either but circumstance has made me own one, but the supra is in a league of its own. If you've driven one especially the last generation before production ceased, you will respect Toyota. That car (turbo version) will get you to 200kph while still around 4000 to 5000rpm and has got very intelligent if not the most intelligent turbo fitted in a car. So sad Toyota didn't give the world a replacement, the gt86 similarity is just it been a rear drive car. The supra has got an attitude no Toyota model has. |
What about the laws against right hand drive cars, aren't you considering them. As for the price seems juicy. You bbm pin ain't correct |
I will go with the one that has a manual trans, probably the PDK fitted in the porshe. |

billy187: These pics bring lots of memories. When I was a kid, my uncle bought a five series ,the E12. (thats the 70s five series, right?) I and my sisters usually fought to sit in the front seat; y'noe , to feel that we have 'reached.' Needless to say, I often won. When I visited my uncle about a year ago; it was still there ...but on cinder blocks. He told me it runs though. You are my man the 1985 benz sec and Toyota supra 1993-96 are the cars I must own. My uncle's friend/neighbour still use a BMW 525 MY 1986 THAT THE AC STILL WORKS. euro cars I still don't know the stuff they are made of. |
I'm the craziest leftie alive use right to write, left to hit, right to eat, left to play ball, to cut with knife.. I drive well, the only snag I've noticed over the years is that I can't relax my right hand while driving. |
Bros gazzuz, why you wicked like this na☺, why a 1.4ltr engine car for that kind long distance you wan kill am, I hail you Sha you are the bomb |
CityNG: We never got the manual versions in the US but I drove a manual before in Texas. It was converted by the owner to a 6 speed.I wonder why these manufacturers hate manual, that's my love |
I just whether I will ever see manual transmission of these cars again, manuals are already a dying breed |
7A6B6F1E I'm interested |
I won't lie I think I spend above my means, but what of situations where siblings and parents are on one's neck, one has to shell out the little reserve to help the home front. |
