The variant you bought is Asian one. You can give a technician to flash it for you and load a NA rom on it.

Though if the booyloader is unlocked, you can root it, install TWRP and then download a stable rom like Lineage OS which will enable you enjoy the phone etc but since you aren't tech savvy go and give a technician

I bought a fairly used Samsung Galaxy S7 edge early this month and I noticed a lot of issues , I will list em and attach a picture

1. Data is on .. buh no internet, internet speed is not even showing on the status bar
2. Battery drains like water
3. Any little thing it will get extremely hot
4. I can't dial any number except I put the country code.. it keeps on saying select location Japan or overseas
5. I can't dial short usssds like *131# *556# it just won't go and it's pissing me off
6. The phone has a lot of Japanese apps preinstalled and I can't delete em


Pls I need suggestions on what to do
