Housemate, Nini, sent out a warning to fellow Housemate, Queen, concerning her recent closeness with White Money.

Nini told Queen to stop talking to White Money because he’s her man.

Nini has been very close with Saga since the start of the Show and viewers would believe she doesn’t have the right to call White Money her man.

We also need to know that Nini jokingly calls White Money her father and usually speaks about his kindness towards her in the House.

However, things seem to have changed between White Money and Nini in the last few days.

Both Housemates rarely sit together to gist in the kitchen as White Money is spending more time with Queen at the moment.

However, it would be unfair to say their relationship is beyond friendship.

White Money and Queen are simply close friends and there is nothing romantic about their friendship.

Nini doesn’t seem pleased with Queen’s current relationship with White Money.

BBNaija 20Big Brother Naija ‘Shine Ya Eye’ housemate, Pere Egbi, better known as Pere, has insisted that he doesn’t care if Maria has a relationship outside the house.

Maria and Pere who has a complicated relationship in the house has being going back and front about the way they feel for each other.

This happened during a conversation on Thursday afternoon while they were preparing for their Tecno task.

Pere thought it best for them to use the rehearsal time to talk about his feelings for her and the possibility of them to get intimate; but Maria as usual turned him down as she stated that she wasn’t interested.

Maria however, has not told Pere whether she has a boyfriend outside the house or not, but she has insisted on several occasions that she doesn’t want to have any relationship with Pere; but he keeps pestering her, insisting that “he doesn’t care about that.”

Maria however, responded that she is concerned about that. But Pere still insisted that he doesn’t care and told her that she doesn’t want to see another side of him.

Despite the fact that Maria claims to have a relationship outside the house, she still gets jealous when she sees Pere getting close with another female housemate in the house.

Jackie B was the first to get closer to Micheal who came into the house as a new housemate. Later he started hanging out with Angel when he knew Jackie B wanted something serious with him. That made Jackie B who is a close friend to Angel stop relating with each other the way they use to.

Last night, Jackie B decided to talk things out with Angel. She probably does not like the way things are between the two of them. When they were talking, she explained things to Angel in a calm voice then said, “I am not going to start fighting you because of a guy”. It is what Jackie B has been avoiding for a while now, and that is why she no longer relates with Micheal like before.

Jackie B understands that Big Brother Naija is a house of games. Everybody is trying to play their card wisely. If what she wants from Micheal cannot be gotten she had rather move on. If he decides to be with Angel, that shouldn’t bring about misunderstanding with Angel.

I feel she is one of the smartest ladies in the house. She knew she had to stop what was going on between her and Micheal. She knows it won’t do her any good if she fights with Angel because of a guy in the house. She has given herself peace of mind for finally talking things out with Angel.

Yusuf Nurudeen popularly know as Omomeewa has been shot dead. He is know to be a student activist at the Lagos state university.

The News of his death was stated on thursday in a press statement by the LASU Students’ Union.

According to the statement released by union’s President ‘Mr Badmus Uthman’, and that of the Public Relations Officer students union ‘Olusola Kolawole’, was said to believe that the student activist was killed by robbers.

According to the reports and investigations it was believed that the activist recently appeared before the school’s disciplinary committee over unlawful possession of university documents among others.

The statement read as thus;

“The Lagos State University Students’ Union is so sad to announce the demise of our dear Unionist and Activist, the Founder of Educational Right Campaign known as Comr. Yusuf Nurudeen Alowonle (Omomeewa).
“Omomeewa was an activist of Human & Student Rights and also a graduate of Lagos State University(Set of 2019). He graduated from the Department of Educational Management, Faculty of Education.
“Nurudeen contested for the post of Lagos State University Students’ Union President in the 29th LASUSU Election but lost. He was a strong activist who has never been found guilty of any form of illegal activities.
“On the 18th of August 2021, Nurudeen (Omomeewa) and a staff of Lagos State University known as MAJEK were robbed at gunpoint around 10 pm close to the U-turn of LASU.
“It was gathered that both of them were shot. Mr. MAJEK sustained an injury and has been hospitalised at the school clinic.
“When the union was informed this evening. The Union proceeded to the school clinic to get some facts from MAJEK and he confirmed that his bag was collected including his phone.
“Later, the Union checked all the hospitals around including Police stations and it was there we were informed that Nurudeen is dead and that his body is at Mainland hospital.
“The Lagos State University Students’ Union mourns the death of a comrade, brother, and leader!”

EFCC arrests ex-Abia gov Orji at Abuja airport
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) apprehended former Governor of Abia State, ‘Senator Theodore Orji’

He was arrested by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja.

It was said that Theodore Orji, has been on the watch list of the EFCC, and the commission has been on his tail, he was intercepted at about 10 am this morning being Thursday and detained at the commission headquarters at Jabi, Abuja, for the continuation of his interrogation.

Senator Orji is currently being interrogated alongside his son, ‘Chinedu’, who is the Speaker of the Abia State House of Assembly.

His son ‘Chinedu’ turned himself in to the commission officials this afternoon upon hearing of his father’s arrest

The Ex Governor and his sons, ‘Chinedu’ and ‘Ogbonna’, are currently under investigation by the EFCC for alleged misappropriation of public funds and money laundering to the tune of N551 billion.

The ex- governor was alleged to have embezzled the N500 million monthly security vote he received for eight years as governor of Abia state between 2007 and 2015.

Other issues relate to the alleged mismanagement of N2bn Ecological Fund and conversion of Sure-P funds.

The arrest was confirmed to upuablog by EFCC spokesman ‘Wilson Uwujaren’.
