Let me ask you a question, huh? Assuming it was Nigeria that qualified, instead of Ghana, and found itself in the same group as Ghana finds itself in Qatar, how far do you think Nigeria would have gone in the 2022 World Cup? yinkeys: Ok I will remind you. In 2010 the only surprising match was the one against Serbia. Ghana beat Serbia 1 - 0 by Gyan penalty in group stage. Serbia is a strong football nation They recently beat Portugal in Lisbon to qualify for WC. Portugal qualified via play off.
I don’t see Ghana getting a draw from Uruguay Best case scenario is to get a draw from Portugal & Win with high margin against Son’s Korea Republic. This is the only way they’d knock out Portugal taking the 2nd spot on goal difference Portugal has world class forwards: Diogo Jota, Bernardo Silva, Bruno Fernandez & Christiano Ronaldo. Let’s see how Amartey & Partey would contain that firepower |

Of course. The Ghana team that will play at the World Cup in Qatar will be almost different from the team that played Nigeria. We are going to strengthen the team. So yes, the team for 2022 World Cup will be better than the 2010 World Cup team. Watch this space yinkeys: You think Ghana group in 2010 and now are the same ? |

Nigeria supplies very small amount of gas to Ghana. In fact Ghana has more gas than it needs. Go and do your research. Can Nigeria bully Ghana? when Ghana was it it’s lowest in the 1980s you couldn’t try that crap, is it now that Ghana is flourishing that Nigeria will “bully” Ghana? Very funny guy in fact Ghana will be bullying Nigeria soon PastorFire: We supply gas to Ghana 100%. If not for our corrupt leaders, we are supposed to be bullying all these small African countries around us like Russia. |

Don’t know why people, especially Nigerians, always under rate Ghana They said the same thing in 2010 and Ghana almost got to the World Cup semis. Watch this space for Ghana. Ghana will go beyond the second round in Qatar, huh? Fuckeduppedness yinkeys: I’m still burning that Ghana took our space. Only Senegal will qualify from their group. This World Cup looks impossible for African teams. Senegal gets the 2nd position but could surprisingly top the group

Sports › Eddie Nketiah And Callum Hudson-odoi Both ‘set To Switch Alleg by PetroDolla2020(op): 9:22pm On May 10, 2022 |
England blow with Eddie Nketiah and Callum Hudson-Odoi both ‘set to switch allegiance to Ghana for 2022 Qatar World Cup’ EDDIE NKETIAH and Callum Hudson-Odoi are set to switch from England to Ghana ahead of the 2022 World Cup, reports suggest. That is according to Football London, who claim that both players have been convinced to link up with the African nation, for which they are eligible to play. Arsenal ace Nketiah, 22, leads the Three Lions' Under-21 all-time scoring list with 16 goals in 17 appearances but has never played for the senior team. Chelsea star Hudson-Odoi, 21, on the other hand, has amassed three senior caps. They all came in 2019 as Gareth Southgate dealt with an injury crisis. A Fifa rule change in 2020 allows players with no more than three international appearances to change their allegiance if those caps came before their 21st birthday. Therefore, both players can complete the switch, which would boost their hopes of playing in the winter's World Cup in Qatar. England manager Gareth Southgate has plenty of options to choose from for his attack. But it's still a blow for Southgate as he will have a smaller pool of fine talent to pick from, especially if he is dealt with some last-minute injuries. It will be a huge boost for Ghana manager Otto Addo, who would have a much stronger side for the competition. The Ghanaians have advanced for the tournament and will face off against Portugal, Uruguay and South Korea in Group H. https://www.thesun.co.uk/sport/18518764/england-eddie-nketiah-callum-hudson-odoi-chelsea-arsenal/ |

No Ghanaian official is trying to extort money from a Nigerian at the Accra airport. YoungPrince4760: Hi Great Nairalanders,
I will like to go on vacation next month to East Legon, Ghana for just 3 days to visit a popular bar and also a restaurant with assorted Ghanaian foods along the same road. I have been following both pages on Instagram for a long time and I think it’s time to go see for myself. My budget is #350k. 100k for transportation with GUO transport to and fro. 20k per night hotel for 3 days 60k plus food and uber making 100k I won’t be going far I will only stay around the hotel which is not far from the bar and the restaurant on the same road. The remaining 150k is to enjoy myself at the bar and also the restaurant to try different Ghanaian foods and lastly to find my self a clean soft ukwu hookup girl to blessed my night after drinking and partying all night. I will like to know if anyone is interested and we can both agree on dates. Incase you want to know why I’m not going by air is because of the stress at katoka airport and the officials trying to extort Nigeria all in the name of Covid vaccine or PR test. GUO transport will take care of that and that is why they are charging to and fro 100k. Although I have been to SA and Mozambique before but will like to try traveling by land to another country. |

Rubbish! Who gives a fvck about super stars? Every time Ghana plays Nigeria, Nigerians will be all over the place shouting they have better players bla bla bla and almost every time Ghana will beat Nigeria. With this attitude, it will take a long time for Nigeria to beat Ghana Black Stars. Instead of focusing on the game, they were busy boasting You will hear a Nigeria say, “On paper, Nigeria has better player bla bla bla” as if football is played on paper Next time Super Eagles will play the Black Stars, Ghana should bring their female team Any one who have watched African football in the last 30 years will have know that Ghana will win that tie, even with a young team and a new coach Onosh: With the way our boys are having a swell time in their clubs, Moses simon, won the coupe de france with Nantes, balogun,Aribo and bassey, qualified Rangers for the Europa finals, Sanusi scored the goal that gave porto their primera title,Cyriel dessiers is firing from all cylinders, same with sadiq Umar...for Equavon to have all these players at his disposal and still fail to qualify us for a world cup against ghana whose only super star is Partey beats my imagination... Eguavon is really mad |

Politics › Re: Amid Fuel Scarcity, Group Picks APC Presidential Forms For Timipre Sylva by PetroDolla2020: 3:12pm On May 10, 2022 |
Ghana is not at Nigeria’s level ooh. Ghana is far ahead. Name it: life expectancy, poverty levels, personal security, education? Ghana don go far. Don’t deceive yourself. Perhaps Nigeria is at par with Sierra Leone etc subsidywise18: If you want fuel scarcity to go, then the subsidy has to go and fuel has to be sold at market prices.
That is the solution. Minister Sylva is an opportunistic politician, but even he knows that that is the solution.
The thing is, if marketers and NNPC are not allowed to import fuel at a profit, scarcity results. NNPC cannot make a profit for over 20 years because bringing in fuel that costs over N200 and selling it at N160, and then getting paid a subsidy that comes from the government's expenditure...and that rises due to rising prices of crude oil......is not the way forward.
And yes, the corruption is a side effect of the subsidy regimen. Deny someone the ability to make a profit and you will see wonders.
If countries like Niger, Benin, Liberia, Sierra Leone and Ghana, who are at our level or lower can pay higher for fuel, and if most fuel producers can pay higher than we do for fuel...then why are we decieving ourselves.?
Also, if we refine fuel at home, will we sell it below the cost of refining it, and pay a subsidy that does not cover the resulting loss because we must have cheap fuel.?
Has our economy grown after over 40 years of cheap fuel?
We better wake up and face reality.
