Good days ladies and gentlemen being a big time dog lover caucasin ovcharka especially over the years I have seen and encountered different breeds of dog I even got the previlage of owning some myself, I have encountered a lot of breeds both large midium and small and I have also being to some kennels arround nigeria both small, big and some top breeding kennel in jos, PH lagos abuja kaduna etc and I have come to the simple conclusion that in nigeria some devoted breeders just won't rest till they start breeding monsters like they say the bigger the better. I see a great future in dog breeding with Nigerian

vlastelin is a super size male caucasian ovarchaka shepherd imported directly from mosco russian from one of the best dog breeding kennels in russian by segun of petlove kennel at around 2010 respectively.

Vlastelin was exactly 24months old when it landed in Nigerian jos precisely and since then it has gotten the attention of breeders and dog lovers all over the world vlastelin has being featured in some top youtube videos and sites all over the world.

Vlastelin at 24months when it landed it Nigerian weighed about 300ibs about the weight of three grown men respectively thats wey above normal for a dog especially caucasian ovarchaka making him the largest that ever walked the surface of Nigeria

Guys as a Dog lover I have see all sorts in Nigeria been called Pure Breed and there are absolutely no standards so it occurred to me to reach out to others like me who interpret "Woof" into human languages.

Please does anyone know if there are kernel clubs in Nigeria and is anyone interested in joining me to build up one.

12th of Dec HOK duchess whelped 17pups,one stil birth. It was an amazing experience because we never expected such a large litter, we are doing everything we can to make sure all 16 make it and stay healthy. Below is the pic of the dam an d sire.
All female pups have been booked but males are readily available.

I created this topic because of what happened today, I am a pet lover who will do anything to make my pets be in good condition. So I went to visit a fried who has a dog and he hasn't vacinnated him in a while (deworming , etc) then I told him of the dangers of not vaccinating his dog. So we looked for a nearby vet. After explaining all that needs to be explained ,then we got the shock of our lives when this guy gave a bill of about 15k
Deworming 4,000
DHP - 7,000
Multivitamin (one K9 tablet ) 3,000
And and some other thing about 2500

I was like are you kidding me ?

After much talk the dude was asking how much did you buy the dog , so do u expect to vacinate it with 2,000 naira. Then I noticed Nigerians generally believe that you have arrived once you get a dog. I had almost the same experience when I took my dog for vacinnation the first time.

I understand that prices may vary but I don't think vets should over extort people. So please how much do you vaccinate your dog and wjere is your location .
This is to give upcoming dog owners or dogs owners an idea of what they should budget when going to the vet.

My puppy after 4 months and 2 weeks. She's growing tall by the day. Only that she's not putting on weight and lacks stamina. I give her Arion puppy dry and some cooked food at weekends.

That should be enough to buy a low quality leash. Use that money to buy the leash first, keep the leash till you can afford to buy and cater for a dog. Or betterstill, you can buy a portrait of a dog and hang it in your room, its almost the same as owning a dog.
