This is painful. What does the constitution say in a case that the election was declared inconclusive and supplementary elections ordered? Can a dead man contest in a suplementary election? |
Politics › Re: If A Governorship Aspirant Dies Before Election Result Is Declare . by Phame: 7:32pm On Nov 22, 2015 |
001ng: This election will be cancelled. A dead man can't go into supplementary election. The constitution is very clear in this case. The election will be suspended till the party choose another candidate, who will go into a fresh election. are you sure about this? |

chukwudi44: Hmm na waooo.I just hope Tinubu is not somehow linked to his death. The whole thing looks so how fishy to me.Putting Faleke on the seat would lead to ethnic backlash in the state. The only way to stop it will be if all the igala voters in Dekina come out to vote during the re-run that's the plan right now. |

jaykaylegend: Just imagine it...
How would 105 soldiers miss?? Did they die or they did not see them at all?? Did you ask the fool that reported it for evidence that soldiers were indeed missing?? How many press statements do you want?? Even if you take a 100 school boys with dane guns to fight BH, they wouldn't miss not to talk of 100 heavily armed and trained soldiers.... One fool even came on NL to say that most of the missing soldiers are from the SE and SS regions...

jomoh: We need to do more with our security in this country.
How can someone have the gut to attempt an attack on a whole DSP of the federation.
Even if it is a set up, if we had security cameras all around our major roads this kind of thing wouldn't have been hard to trace.
Though I believe it is the handwork of some enemies of state who knows the outrage that would follow an attempt on the life of the DSP but we as a nation won't fall for it and Almighty God would rout them out.
Seun, Obinoscopy, lalasticlala, Afam4eva
Is this a thread or an advert page? igbo people wanted to kill their own so that war can break out. They would say buhari killed him and would take to the streets to kill other tribes in their region. |
