Useless and clueless people after postponing the exercise 3times . Even if it takes another ten years to prepare there'll be nothing like credibility in excercise. Am sure they've looted the monies meant for the excercise before passing down the .burden to the next stooge administration which will then make a fresh budgetary allocations for the next looters. angry

Which census are you talking about next week? You better think twice cos there will be nothing like census next week, maybe in the future cos till now the major field workers who were supposed to be trained for two weeks have not began any training and it's just five days left. All we heard is that training has been postponed indefinitely.
