Uyo the capital of the oil-rich state of akwa-ibom has been enmesh in darkness for over a week now. AlI the street lights which were powered by diesel generators have been down. darkness has overtaken the once beautiful city . I used this medium to appeal to relevant stakeholders to beg the state government which is undoubtably aware of this ugly incidence to save the state from shame and make provisions for restoration as this situation can lead to increase in criminality and avoidable road accidents, Thank you.

stop taking nonsense Ibom seaport is just 5yrs.. approved by the government in 2015. Maybe your taking of ibaka seaport akpabio used to siphon money. Those are 2 diff port,2 diff names and 2 diff location. Ibom deep seaport is located in Okposu 1& 2 is an island community in Ibeno l.g.a. not ibaka

You're a confusionist. Changing d name and d location doesn't really make any sensible difference. Its obvious those changes were made on political grounds. The initiators of d seaport project were not myopic when they went for ibaka as a choice location because of d natural dept of d water which gives much advantage but for d interest of your paymasters you've choosen to be sentimentally myopic

There's alot of tedious bureaucracy but at least progress is ongoing. They need to finish these last steps so constructing starts. The FEC should also add a north south railline to this project. It's the logical thing to do. They approved new raillines for Lekki and Bonny seaports so Ibom deep seaport shouldn't be the exception.

how many decades will it take b4 ground breaking is done? Other states have atleast done groundbreaking but akwaibom is always on paper work for over 15years now.
