I don't think it's an error. Every cost is factored in the per-vaccine price. I know he is only stating the obvious in all of our procurement and contractual processes. You may be even surprise that the actual cost could be even less. Our leaders have lost touch with realities. They don't know anything about the people that elected them. They have forgotten completely where they are coming from... This is meant to be far cheaper than taking travelling by road. Clearly, they are taking it away from the ordinary Nigerian for only the elite since it is safe from kidnappers. |

Absolute waste of time. He is making more mistakes because of desperation. He will certainly loose. A similar court (high court) cannot set aside a ruling of another high court. This will only lead to long legal battle and waste of time. This will scatter APC if they don't tackle it now. Similar case with APC rivers.... muykem: |
