Eating beans like 3times in a week might help you.
Unripe plantain or yam pottage with leafy vegetables, for like 2times in a week will be good for you also.
You can include sweet potatoes or ripe plantains to your beans occasionally to make it more filling and delicious.
Eat more of vegetable soups.

Include other foods like eggs, chicken/turkey, full cream milk, yogurts...
