shogz89: . I will give you 1,500 so you can help me get their shares.. How many shares did they sell when they went public As at last trading day (Friday 20th of September) the closing price of MTN is N140, which means with 150 including charges you will get a unit so your 1500 will not get you nothing less than 10 unit. The shares is traded on daily basis on NSE except on weekends and public holiday. Let me tell you this it is the most capitalized company on Nigeria stock exchange. Consult your broker |

abc115: Miles away from MTN is total rubbish statement spurned from inferiority complex and pull our down syndrome. I don't use MTN, the network I use is 1000% better than MTN You're absolutely right but let's be sincere tell us the network and even in terms of open tariff plan as well. The bitter truth is that if South Africans companies is nationalized who will manage them, is it the FG that couldn't manage NITEL, Nigeria Airways or the failed national carrier which a lot was wasted on. Apart from that MTN is a quoted company on Nigeria stock exchange which means it is owned by individual which you also can own a unit with less than 150 naira. |

shogz89: .what are you talking about.., so if mtn leaves Nigeria we won't make calls or we won't have data, if ShopRite leaves Nigeria we will all die of hunger,. Or you think if dstv leave Nigeria another cable TV won't come in to show premier-league or champions league You're right but our major problem is not the foreign companies that exploit us but our government and bad governance. Where is HiTv, where is MyTv where is Dáarsat, is O'net still functioning. Two years ago we have been hearing about a particular digital Tv that promised pay as you view has it commenced normal operations? |

Krisuba: Am having a feeling it will reach 10 by January!! UBA had always been a disappointment to me!! Sir Peter you're right, FBNH dropped below UBA and that make UBA price above FBNH but have you consider the amount of dividend both have paid and can still pay? Just wait for the market to determine the price in as much as the holders of the two are not complaining to you. |

As for the mother the UACN that one is grossly over valued at 7.7. You're right boss but either we like it or not it will surely rise but to a certain level cos of the proposed right issue. As for the mother company I believe it will still get to the expected junction of 1.50k very soon(I am not expecting it in that region) . If I may ask what is the fair value of UACN? |

stcool: Sometimes I wonder if this people think at all. At the end traders in our markets will resort to keeping their money in their shops or houses. Only God knows what is actually wrong with our policy makers. At the end of their sitting and when giving policy I do wonder how many people formulate the so called policy. What I do hear since when I was young has been two heads are better better than one but in Nigeria reverse is the case. What is the essence of having various committees in almost every office but at the end fail the nation. Can Emiefele afford to lose 30000 on every 1000000 as a banker? |

TraDeRR: Did you do it ? Phemmie Selling few units I later sent a mail to United Securities on 10th and it was attended to and I was told to be rest assured that my account will be credited before the week runs out. The following day I sent a mail to Meristem and it was also responded to and later I received a call after explaining the response of the mail from United Securities, I was told to send another mail requesting for my Access shares and copy them (Meristem) in the mail, but I have it in mind to wait till Friday but on Wednesday night my account got credited so I have to send another mail on Thursday which I copied Meristem and I got a response that it will be sorted out as well. Thanks to everyone that showed concern those that read those that overlooked. |

TraDeRR: Did you do it ? Phemmie Selling few units Thanks for the followup. I will revisit them once more. Thanks once more |

TraDeRR: Firstly, know that you are dealing with a worst registrar.. they can send you that message one million times and not solve the problem. I already suggest to you what to do tomorrow morning once market opens.. if you succeed to sell at least 5 units in Access, then your shares are intact with cscs.. probably your broker just being lazy to do their job.. If you are unable to sell, open an online portfolio monitoring account with cscs.. i think its 500 naira monthly (don’t know how much it is now) print out your statement, send it to you broker let them find your Access Diamond shares for you.. no too much story here.. Or you start planning your next visit to your broker’s office.. if e no dey your cscs online account, e no dey anywhere bi dat.. BTW which broker are you using? meristem. Thanks I will do that |

TraDeRR: Like seriously? Transfer form ke? Phemmie nothing absolutely nothing concern you access equivalent with transfer form.. You don’t have any business with the registrar my brother.. let your brother find your shares for you.. how can it just disappear? No Diamond, No Access.. Go to their office again and this time do not leave until you see you Access shares in your portfolio.. I sold all my access shares before filling out the 1 naira cash consideration form slf.. I don’t know why it’s not showing in you portfolio but when market opens tomorrow, go to Access and try to sell like 10 units to see if it will go through.. If it doesn’t, that means it’s not in cscs also and my dear your broker gotta answer some questions.. This is the message from the registrars
