Wat u need first should b a quantity surveyor. He 'll be able to guide u and minimize ur cost/expenditure to d bearest level... Getting ur drawings and approval should'nt b a problem.., though dats d work of an Architect...

Can some1 help me breakdown d cost of

1. Running/maintening a generator for a for a unit of duplex in Ajah/lekki area.

2. Cost of using PHCN...for d same building

3. Cost of using an alternative power supply like INVERTER


what i need is just an estimate....need it urgently to help decide..
