Wat do i do. My baby boy dries up oil within 2 weeks after servicing. I use mobil XHP 20w 50. Though the engine does not smoke. And i always see vapour coming out of the exhaust tail wen ever i start the car in the morning or wen it's raining. Pls u guys shuld help me out...

I would have advise you get a detail/finished design, the. Forward it to a Quantity Surveyor. That's the only professional saddled with the responsibility of determining construction cost. He/She will produce a detail Bill of Quantity for you.

I agree with you in everything except only QS carry out cost estimation. I put it to you that ur cost estimation is limited and more at cases just on buildings. You can never cost eatimate bridges and so on that's why it pays to be a civil (structural engineer) you can do all this I repeat all this. Morning all
