There were two thoughts that always knocked the life out of me. My health and my dad.
I was though battling with depression but still cheerful. All because lives depend on me. I was depressed yet was still a counsellor.
To the stories unshared, may your pages never be blank.

During that time, I met a lady who told me she was going to kill herself. Well, she did attempt suicide but God saved her. Many other cases that I've seen and confronted.

The PMO(Psycho-Medical Organization) invited me to speak at their February discusses. There I met practical cases of mental illness.

Eyes have seen. Beautiful and cheerful ladies can be depressed. The rich can be depressed. We have seen pastors died of depression. Kaii!!!

You know why I motivate? Not because I want you to believe you can run 1000metres in a second. But I want you to KNOW that beyond what you are seeing, YOU are a great being. I tell people if it's about dying, I should be dead. But I tell you, until you see what God has placed in you, you might never know your worth.

Whenever you are depressed, just relax. Relax and think of why exactly you are depressed.

Don't believe the situation can't be solved.

If it's a bad habit causing it, replace it with good and rewarding activity.

If it's loneliness, engage people around.

Just break from it.

You are great and you know. Being depressed is not the right thing for you right now. You have greatness in you. Cheer up!

The anti-virus you have up there are great, but it is not good to have many anti-viruses running on your system at once, it is recommended to have only one anti-virus at a time. I think some anti-virus are free, have you tried Total 360 security anti-virus. You can as well update your windows defender, that always came with microsoft windows to the latest update, it detect malwares, quarantine and remove them from your system

it is definitely a case of malware that is how virus do, you can not remove it nor delete, the more you try it tries to extend. you supposed to have an anti virus on your system in the first place, this would have detected and prevent the virus from entering your system. you need a good antivirus for security

Yes, you're right. I do have up to 3 antivirus on my PC, but the issue is that they can only detect malware but can't remove it, unless I pay for the PRO version. The antiviruses are Avast Free, Smadav, and bytefence antivirus.
Please if you have a better and free antivirus that works fine or if it's paid and affordable, kindly recommend.

Ok thanks so much boss. But how do I remove this virus. I have tried some methods I saw online but none proved to work, with my notice, I can see the virus was caused by a file that was being created while installing the software, I tried deleting the file, but it was telling me I need permission from one, organisation.
