Eastlink: When we say there are no Ijaws in Rivers state, it's not out of fiction. It’s reality. Ijaw were only know to be indigenous to Southern Bayelsa and South Eastern Delta, no pun intended.
Kalabari, Okrika and Ibani claim to be Ijaw happened due to coercion and force. Ibani own was even subtle as they had to claim Ijaw to avoid the onslaught of the 15th Brigade. And all this occurred all thank to survival tactics the three groups displayed after the war. The three aforementioned groups, inclusive of the Abuans and Oduans were never part of Isaac Boro Niger-Delta republic. If P/H Ijaw can provide the map where they were included, then he wins.
This was why during the creation of Bayelsa in 1998, the three group rather clamoured for Port-Harcourt state with the rest of the uplanders. Nembe would have remained in Rivers state but the pro-Ijaw forces in that section dragged her into Bayelsa - the likes of Diette-Spiff and Alagoa.
Secondly, in the old eastern region there was nothing like Ijaw language. The only language spoken that was mutually intelligible in the old Degema division was Kalabari. As a matter of fact, it was the major language spoken after Igbo. Kalabari was even among the 6 approved languages spoken in the old Eastern region, and it was in this language that Cardinal Rex Lawson sang. If in doubt check the major languages spoken in the Eastern region and you’ll see the following in that order.
1.Igbo 2. Efik 3. Ibibio 4. Kalabari 5. Ejagham 6. Ogoni It is an outright lie you put out there. Adaka Boro only used military force to achieve what Biriye ( an Ibani Ijaw from Bonny) had championed for politically. Biriye inherited the Ijaw political struggle from his father who was the leader of a pan-Ijaw group that was established in the 1930s. His deputy happened to be an Ijaw from the Okrika clan. The major financier was an Ijaw from the Kalabari clan. Boro requested for 3 homogeneous Ijaw states, Bayelsa was seen as a step in that direction. The Ijaws who remained in Rivers state didn't remain because their Ijaw identity is in question. They remained because Rivers state and Cross river state were two non-Igbo states created out of the defunct eastern region. |

B2mario: Where did your forefathers come from? Bonny and Opobo were founded and established by the Igbos and remain culturally and linguistically Igbo towns, the ibani you spoke about later joined them from nearby area. It was after the civil war that you people started migrating to the land and some of the original indigenes started denying their Igbo identity for political convenience.
You and I know that ijaw is neither a cultural ethnic group nor linguistic ethnic group but a geographical union for political exploitation. The whole ijaw group does not have one culture or one language but a union formed from the minorities of minority who found themselves in a particular geographical area and grouped themselves under one umbrella for political convenience and aspiration.
An Okirika man, Kalahari, Odua, Abua, Andoni or the even Ibani does not see himself as a real ijaw man, they always refer to bayelsa as ijaw. It's in your nature to claim people and land. We Igbos know where our land ends and won't leave a pin out of it. Ijaws in Bonny which I know there's no indigenous ijaw community in Bonny but only tenant settlers will go back to their original place when the right time comes or pay rent.
You are landgrabbers who always like claiming people's land and even the people themselves, it has been seen in the case Ogoni, Ibani, Andoni, Ndoki clan of Igbo, ikwerre clan of Igbo, Ekpeye clan of Igbo, Urhobo, itsekiri and Edo.
If you want me to take you people serious tell me the real language of ijaws and who and who are speaking it? Where have Ijaw people claimed Ogoni, Ikwerre, Ekpeye, Itsekiri or Edo to be Ijaw? Ikwerre people trace their roots to present day Edo state. To the best of my knowledge it is only Igbos that are forcing an Igbo identity on the Ikwerre and several other groups. The Ijaw don't make spurious claims like you Igbos. Based on existing documents and treaties the Igbo people would be homeless or pay rent to the Ijaw and her neighbours if people enforce such legal rights. The little opportunity Britain gave you Igbos is being abused today. From Arogbo to Andoni, Ijaw culture is one. You Igbos have been mimicking our culture with limited success. Now you think the best way to go about it is to lay claims to some Ijaw clans. Why are Igbos very desperate to be identified as Ijaw or with Ijaw even after we have rejected you on several occasions? Instead of protecting your space from Fulani incursion your greed has not allowed you Igbos take eyes off Ijawland even if there is the risk of you Igbos becoming homeless refugees. The man that marries a widow without finding out what killed her previous husband would suffer the same fate. You Igbos have not learnt your lessons from attempts to steal our homelands between 1967 and 1970. Just like then, you will be crushed if you make any silly attempt. |

Eastlink: P/H Ijaw is not an Okrikan. I saw a post where he was disgraced from Wakrike Facebook group while trying to preach Igbo hate there. He goes by the name Alegi Olotu from the screenshots of that Facebook denounciation. And there are many of them like that.
He’s a Bayelsan INC mole that infilterates Okrika, Kalabari, Ibani Facebook group to spread Igbo hate. No Riversman will display the kind of frustration this guy has. There is no time Ijaw people in Okrika, Bonny, Kalabari or Opobo groups denied their identity. Rivers state just like Bayelsa is the creation of Nigeria. As an Igbo man what were you looking for on an Ijaw group if not spreading hate? If you claim people who have Igbo roots hate Igbos, it means you can't be attractive to people who have no connection to you. It just tells you Igbo are terrible beings. Rivers Ijaw is just as Ijaw as those in Bayelsa or Ondo. All these states were created for administrative reasons. Everything about Igbos is fake, you can't even stick to your Igbo identity. Even a place as ordinary as Facebook you shamelessly display your dishonesty. |

Eastlink: A lot of families are actually keeping quiet for peace to reign. If people begin to talk about the brutality of Isaac Boro on Rivers people, the Ijaw clowns talking trash will never set foot again in P/H to do their useless Asawana meeting.
Adekunle was child’s play compared to Boro. A lot of people don't know that had Boro survived the civil war, he would have made sure that only Anambra and Enugu remained as Igbo states. Dude was deliberately killed by his kinsmen in the 15th Brigade who had to stop the maniac from his killing spree. Boro’s ensured that anyone who spoke in favour or supported Biafra in the Riverine communities got shot. Go to Okrika, Kabalari and let people open mouth, you’ll shed tears. Our people commemorate their survival and return from Igbo concentration camps. Adaka Boro till date is viewed as a liberator and protector of our Ijaw heritage. We owe him the Rivers state you Igbo idiots want to die for today. It is people like Elechi Amadi who made it possible for the Ikwerre to be part of the state. The initial deal with Boro was 3 homogeneous Ijaw states. We are grateful to Boro because he brought a physical end to the tyrannical Igbo dominated eastern region. We will forever celebrate great Ijaw men like Boro and Biriye whose fight to end Igbo tyranny has given us the gains we have today. |

Eastlink: Which books were written about the lies you wrote? For one book written by Boro’s sympathizers, they were ten’s written by neutral who recounted the mass killing of the 15th Brigade.
Adekunle 3rd marine commando were child’s play compared to the atrocities of Boro’s led 15 Brigade. A Brigade that started the brothers killing brothers attitude we have in Rivers today. A demonic brigade that influenced the Toboniju and Koniju in Okrika today, where brothers inorder to save themselves and prove their Ijawness turned on those with mix Igbo heritage. The cultism in Rivers today which climaxed from Okrika and spread to other communities where brothers kill brothers at will began from Boro’s divisive game.
Do we talk about how him and Saro-Wiwa influenced the divisive tactics in Bonny. Where everyone had to speak Ijaw in order to save themselves from being shot. The slave and freeborn Wari began after the 15th Brigade landed in Grand Bonny. The same happened in Opobo after the war where the Opobians inorder to prove to Diette-Spiff not marginalize them had to sing in Kalabari dialect during a cultural event in P/H to which confused the Governor to accept them.
Boro was a demon that fate killed before he could finish his plans in Rivers state. You are a liar, now it makes sense why the Northerners kept killing you Igbos till you left their land. There is no division in Opobo, Okrika or Bonny because of the Biafran war. The cultism issues Rivers state suffers today is as a result of Peter Otunaya Odili's Biafran obsession and Obasanjo's ignorance and desire to consolidate power. Most of the cultists were recruited under the disguise of youth empowerment schemes by the Peter Odili administration. Many of these people initially thought they were doing legal work for the government. It was much later they realised they weren't being sent after criminals but Odili's perceived political enemies. The Ijaws of Rivers state wanted to give the minorities in Rivers state a sense of belonging but an Igbo impostor whose family happened to live in present day Rivers state under the defunct eastern region stole the chance and continued with Igbo agenda of trying to wipe out indigenous Rivers people. When the Rivers people rose against Odili's tyranny it took the intervention of respected elders to keep him alive. When Igbo want to lie in public space they should know that we don't talk doesn't mean we are familiar with their atrocities. You can start with senator George sekibo and professor Kelson Harrison's autobiographies. They also made mention of their personal experiences of Igbo unwarranted violence. Captain Elechi Amadi also wrote an account on what his Ikwerre people suffered under Igbo occupation. Neither Adaka Boro or Saro-Wiwa promoted division, you Igbo heritage and identity thieves are the ones trying to divide communities and people. The people of Opobo did not sing in Kalabari, they sang in their Ibani dialect. The fact you mistook Ibani for Kalabari should tell you your IPOB claims are imaginations emanating from a mad man. |

Eastlink: God bless you. The Ijaws from Bayelsa killed a lot of people in Bonny, Opobo, Kalabari, Okrika, Ogoni who supported Biafra.
To the extent the Amanayabo of Nembe, Bonny, Opobo, Buguma, etc had to flee to the himterland to avoid being killed by Boro’s 15th Brigade. Asari Dokubo once said some of his Uncle’s were killed by Boro’s soldiers. Do we talk about the Ogoni’s who Boro in connivance with Saro-Wiwa killed most of their sons who supported Biafra. The Kobani family were nearly wiped out by the dreaded Isaac Boro. Even the Amanayabo of Opobo had to run to Amaigbo to avoid being killed as well. Infact, any family or village that were in support if the Biafran army were marked for extermination. He Jaja had lot of able-bodies youths shot at close range.
The Ijaws always want to talk about their plight during the civil war, but if others begin to talk about the mass killing of Boro 15 Brigade made up of Ijaws from Bayelsa/Delta, Nairaland won't contain anybody. Ijaw people in Rivers state did not flee to the hinterland. They were forcefully evacuated by Igbo authorities and placed in consecration camps spread across Igboland under inhumane conditions. Igbo were brought into our homelands, what the Fulani is doing today was first implemented by the Igbo. The God who delivered people from the hand of the Igbo will do the same with the Fulani. No amayanabo supported Biafra to the point he had to hide in Igboland. That's a senseless IPOB propaganda. There is no Ijaw family in Rivers state that didn't have at least one person who fought under major Adaka Boro's command. Ijaw people in Rivers were committed to the war effort because Igbos murdered their people in cold blood, stole their communities and placed their people in camps. For Rivers people it was a war to regain their communities and liberate their women and children from Igbo concentration camps. |

The Asian prison facilities you keep yapping about don't represent the Igbo nation, those Igbos in Asian prisons are the cast-aways who only answer to themselves and their crimes, they even those cast-aways are far more superior to the very best the whole Ijo sewage creek-dwelling nation can offer, I'm sure your wretched fathers, mothers and sisters will roll out a red carpet and beat drums in celebration for those Igbos in those Asian prisons cause they can definitely buy up the whole of Ijo land with extra change left to last several more pathetic generations of Ijo bastards , the bottom barrel worst of Igboland is FAR FAR FAR better than the best you apes can ever offer.

Apart from church nothing brings us together. The only reason you can boast Igbos risking their necks in the drug trade in Asia is because being in Igboland is already a death sentence. You Igbo are natural born slaves. As Ijaw people and their European trade partners stop the trade in Igbo slaves, not being satisfied with that, your Igbo IPOB leader took Igbos to Libya as slaves. As an Igbo nudist I can appreciate your hatred for clothing. That is why you will abuse people for using an accessory like the hat. I don't blame you, I blame the British authorities who made it mandatory for you Igbos to wear clothes. We Ijaws were handsomely rewarded with able bodied Igbo slaves by your elite in exchange for snuff, European used clothing no one Ijawland would use. Upon all our attempts to tame primitive beings like you, close to 400 years of doing that didn't yield much result. Till date you have still failed to develop a fashion sense. Fool, you that has not smelled the corridor of power since your ill advised Biafra adventure does not have the wherewithal to dictate how the oil industry should function or the political power to determine who gets what. You that your leaders are already begging for Ijaw support in your bid to get Nigeria's presidency. People will talking and 5th class citizens self go open mouth talk! Igbochief001: What ojukwu did ? And kanu did what ? Obvious you are not an ijaw man ... 1) first it was the south south that caused what lead to the civil war
,2) it was the south south that pushed ojukwu to go to war particularly the then king of brass who was his chief adviser against the advice of all igbo leaders then
3) south south were the one who backed stabbed ojukwu to go work with the nigerian army because they promised u states and igbo properties
4) you sized igbo properties
Firstly it's international law that when two nations share water body both must be given freedom to use it ....so hindering ships coming to our inland port is an act of war and aggression
Imo river originate from imo and doesn't even pass any ijaw land to start with even No Ijaw person made Ojukwu start the war but now they asked you to leave them alone why don't you? There is no such international law. Kenya's neighbours pay for their goods to pass thru Kenya. The same Ojukwu that forced the attorney general of the Eastern region an Ijaw man to return to his community because he advised against secession. Now it is South-South that you Igbos are blaming for your short ill informed decision to go to war. |

Elliot2: I have just told you that boro was equally brutal to his own people, especially those with different views. Some Biafran soldiers did not know how to swim, and they were ferried from community to community by the indigenes. Most were drowned in that process. Brutal to his people where? When unless you want to rename the famous Ijaw son Igbo. Is it Ijaw people's fault Igbo people didn't know how to swim, and what did they Igbos go to look for in Ijaw land? They said secession was as a result of the killings of Igbos in the North is Ijawland the North? |

Tobrasky: Wake me up when you inferior savages stop sleeping and waking up on "oyel" entitlements while your mates are making groundbreaking strides.
See a bastard that comes from a tribe of pipeline vandals, bowler hat wearing criminals with NDDC ticket meals, militants, warlords, ogogoro drinking degenerates, cultists and asawana mask wearing clowns who make threats from morning to night while hiding in some jungle creek with environmentally polluted sceneries talking about criminals in Igboland when the whole networth and gross domestic index of the whole Ijaws put together can't even measure up to the poorest clan in Ebonyi state.... ;Dwetin man no go see for Nairaland Meanwhile in this world or the next, produce an Ijo achiever in the categories of: Professor Chike Obi Professor Ngozi Okonjo Iweala Pat Utomi Chinua Achebe Cyprian Ekwensi Innoson Buchi Emecheta
Let me even stop here because the list of achievers are too many, produce an Ijaw equivalent to those global icons whether dead or alive, then maybe we can have a conversation any further than necessary. Better to be a vandal of instruments of theft than to come from a tribe of ritual killers, drug mules, and fraudsters. I don't have time for generational snorters of harmful substances. We cannot measure up to your standard of poverty. Your level of poverty is medevial. Thanks to the Fulani Ndi-Igbo can now chew meat and flex muscle. People who only eat meat on special occasions after the piece of meat have been cooked and redried several times before the men are finally allowed to eat it are talking about poverty. |

Tobrasky: I don't give a rats arse if you're North central Ijaw, like I've posited already you Ijaws are the most useless, irrelevant, unproductive yet in a strange way the most pompously self-adulating bunch of creek dwelling sewage rats I've ever had the intriguing experience of sharing the cyberspace with. When you circus monkeys keep making reference to what you suffered in the hands of Biafran troops during the war, I'll always remind you that we the Anioma people suffered far worse but we don't gloat, whine, and embroil ourselves in depravity, today many of the most outstanding persons in Nigeria and abroad are Anioma people, that's because we carry the supreme Igbo genetics of striving against all odds (whether in a good or bad way).
Who even likes who in Nigeria? we are merely just tolerating each other, for all its worth, Igbos are despite the "hatred" and insufferable disdain been dished out to them are still heavily invested all over Nigeria and the impact of their drive for development, economic viability, and progress among their host communities... Ijaws on the other hand have fought literally all its Niger Delta neighbors over land, when I say your people are despised, it's not because of envy for your success as a people cause you are not known to be a commercially successfully tribe worthy envying, it's because you are just seen as homeless parasites who try forcefully encroach on every territorial space you are graciously given... we don't have to go through all of this again. Your opinion is irrelevant to us Ijaws especially when you are being deported by other African countries and even the rest of Nigeria. If you were not parasites they won't deport you and threaten to put you into the lagoon. |

Tobrasky: You're inherently daft so I don't expect any more or less from you, but at least when next you get into your helium induced bubble of lies, try to understand you only end up looking like the bigger fool.
Get help Phijo I never said I was a fool since you recognize yourself as a fool hug your title MUGU. |

gidgiddy: Well the way Nigeria is today, the only people who are likely to get a referendum are those agitating for one.
Referendum is a very expensive thing, just like elections, nobody does it for people who are not agitating for it
There is agitation for Biafra, we have all seen the pictures of the many who came out for it
Theres agitation for Oduduwa, just yesterday, they stormed Osogbo for it
Nobody has ever seen any agitation for Niger Delta Republic, and its most likely that nobody ever will see any agitation for it. The simple truth is that nobody wants Niger Delta Republic, otherwise, people would have come out for it
There will be referendum for Oduduwa and Biafra, they are the only agitations on the ground. Any ethnic group in the South that does not vote to join either of them will be left in Nigeria to continue "one Nigeria" with the Arewa North Ojukwu said onyeburu na turn by turn. 2 attempts by the Niger Delta to be separated from Nigeria and Ndi-Igbo scuffled it . Nothing wrong with other championing the dissolution of Nigeria now. |

Elliot2: Very shameful if that is how to take one's own oil. Look, I have once thought of going that line, but I saw it as cowardice. I will soon be making mature demands to enjoy my oil. That girl and several others who are not indigenes are the top companies' staff enjoying bogus salariea while indigenes are mere contract staff on meagre pays and laid off within six months. That is stupidity. If you can't make demands to be taught those professional courses that will set you up to become the oil big players like the others, then it only shows how foolish one is to go into a risky business of illegal oil bunkery. I have known men who perish in infernos as a result of minor mistakes. You are daft " if you can't make demnds" the scholarships and trainings by the amnesty office and the several scholarships that are always rebranded national scholarships after the 1st 2 rounds are not demands? The 13% derivation are not demands ? Broken Ipob record face front . Jesse in Delta alone had more deaths than you would have in a month via bunkery. Say something else. If Nigeria is not senseless should the resource bearing communities be making demands? |

Tobrasky: You're really adept at making up a million lies and when you're challenged to provide your evidence based facts, you scurry away like the pathetic hog that you are, when exactly did Igbos fight against resource control for the Ijaw people? why not do a service to truth by providing a source you despicable pig? Since you have seen a pig that writes and speaks your gibberish tell the pig to provide you with answers. No wonder you are damn useless student of a pig. |
