PHijo: Sifia paain will be your bedmate until you caution yourself against hate toward Igbo. Keep the lamentation coming. The only way for you is diplomacy with your neighbors and not fanning the embers of ethnic hate and conflict which will consume you. Throwing jabs at the Igbo is like dropping a pinch of salt in the ocean. You started this mess and now you cant hang on. I warned you to desist from such behaviors because it isnt healthy but you want to form internet Ijaw Adaka Borro influenced warrior. You know what happened to your likes like Saro Wiwa and Adaka Borro. Hate can only consume one , there is no benefits included. You are a bad student of history. I know Nnamdi Kanu is gullible but he didnt see Ijaw as enemy hence his inclusion of Ijaw in his deluded proposed Biafra. Everything you do here is filled with hatred towards Igbo...how do you sleep at night ? No normal human being carries so much hatred and still live a normal life. Continue, Adaka! 6 Likes |

Omanambala: You Igbo are psychopaths. That is why you can bury people alive and still claim to love them. That is why you portray the victims of your war crimes as haters and portray yourselves as victims when you were the war criminals. You want to be with the Ijaws not out of love but because you Igbo psychopaths need people to torment. Gowon's government offered the Igbo a lot but because the Igbo were more focus on who to oppress than their needs, they rather went to war. 6 Likes |

You are liars and new to the Nigerian space so you are bereft of any form of history. The Ogoni are a distinct group located only in Rivers state. The crimes against the Ogoni, like their Ijaw neighbours was primarily committed by the Igbos. Ijaw people people are well informed on all the war crimes the Igbo committed. Eastlink: Ijaw people in Rivers state did not flee to the hinterland. They were forcefully evacuated by Igbo authorities and placed in consecration camps spread across Igboland under inhumane conditions. Igbo were brought into our homelands, what the Fulani is doing today was first implemented by the Igbo. The God who delivered people from the hand of the Igbo will do the same with the Fulani. No amayanabo supported Biafra to the point he had to hide in Igboland. That's a senseless IPOB propaganda. There is no Ijaw family in Rivers state that didn't have at least one person who fought under major Adaka Boro's command. Ijaw people in Rivers were committed to the war effort because Igbos murdered their people in cold blood, stole their communities and placed their people in camps. For Rivers people it was a war to regain their communities and liberate their women and children from Igbo concentration camps. 2 Likes |

If people begin to talk about the brutality of Isaac Boro on Rivers people, the Ijaw clowns talking trash will never set foot again in P/H to do their useless Asawana meeting. Adekunle was child’s play compared to Boro. A lot of people don't know that had Boro survived the civil war, he would have made sure that only Anambra and Enugu remained as Igbo states. Dude was deliberately killed by his kinsmen in the 15th Brigade who had to stop the maniac from his killing spree. Boro’s ensured that anyone who spoke in favour or supported Biafra in the Riverine communities got shot. Go to Okrika, Kabalari and let people open mouth, you’ll shed tears. 5 Likes 1 Share |

PHijo:Which books were written about the lies you wrote? For one book written by Boro’s sympathizers, they were ten’s written by neutral who recounted the mass killing of the 15th Brigade. Adekunle 3rd marine commando were child’s play compared to the atrocities of Boro’s led 15 Brigade. A Brigade that started the brothers killing brothers attitude we have in Rivers today. A demonic brigade that influenced the Toboniju and Koniju in Okrika today, where brothers inorder to save themselves and prove their Ijawness turned on those with mix Igbo heritage. The cultism in Rivers today which climaxed from Okrika and spread to other communities where brothers kill brothers at will began from Boro’s divisive game. Do we talk about how him and Saro-Wiwa influenced the divisive tactics in Bonny. Where everyone had to speak Ijaw in order to save themselves from being shot. The slave and freeborn Wari began after the 15th Brigade landed in Grand Bonny. The same happened in Opobo after the war where the Opobians inorder to prove to Diette-Spiff not marginalize them had to sing in Kalabari dialect during a cultural event in P/H to which confused the Governor to accept them. Boro was a demon that fate killed before he could finish his plans in Rivers state. 4 Likes |

Eastlink:The summary of Isaac Boro's short, intriguing but miserable life in that war was that he wanted to be bigger and more ambitious than his master (Adekunle) in the game of megalomania and power play, but he forgot his place, he failed to understand that he was just a mere minority Ijaw man who was just opportuned to have been given a Brigade command structure to lead, and a substantive rank of Major in Adekunle's Third marine commandos to help in the "liberation" of Rivers state after been released from detention by Gowon. Adaka's surprising rise to such unexpected spotlight got into his head, and he thought he was "THE MAN OF THE MOMENT" after he and his 15th Brigade succeeded in "liberating" some parts of Rivers state with his vast knowledge of the terrain... for a while it seemed like Boro was the man if the moment as he was able to accomplish what the Federal troops from the other units failed to do with the cost of heavy losses in men and materials. Adekunle just wouldn't let this ordinary minority man (a renegade for that matter) take away the spotlight of fame and attention from him... Boro was just a pawn in the game and after he was allowed to do all the dirty work for Adekunle, he was later killed at Okrika sector I believe by Adekunle's henchmen... gunned down by friendly fire from the rear in the heat of battle and left to die. At the end the bigger man in the game from the majority ethnic group (Adekunle) won and he took all the glory for the guts and efforts of another man. After Boro's death, his Ijaw soldiers of the 15th Brigade were to be used as cannon fodder in Adekunle's final push into the Igbo heartland, and as expected they were crushed, massacred, captured and consequently disbanded all in a suicidal bid to capture Igboland, the nonsense Boro and his men got away with in the COR states (Calabar, Ogoja, Rivers) where they had massive support from minorities in killing so many innocent pro-Biafran minorities was duly avenged when they stepped into Igboland to wreck havoc... thanks to warriors of Colonel Achuzia, Captain Iheanacho, Timothy Onwuatuegwu, Asoya etc... Ijaws and thousands of Nigerian soldiers were decimated like rats in the battles of Owerri, Umuahia and Aba. 2 Likes |

Tobrasky:The Biafran army messed up by her cowardly act in the COR areas. Biafran sympathizers were left unprotected and allowed to be killed easily. It started from Bonny where the Navy shelled for days. During those shelling the Biafran jets or ship were missing in action. Bonny was left undefended to the surprise of the Nigerian army. It was in Bonny that the Nigerian military perfected their plans for other rebel held territories. Calabar fell next with the same shelling carried out in Bonny. After Bonny fell the Nigerian government made Ken Saro-Wiwa the administrator of the Island. It was during this period that the divisive programme was test run by the likes of Biriye, Boro and Saro-Wiwa. After Bonny was captured, P/H became next as the shelling became profound for weeks. And guess what after P/H fell, the same divisive tactics that happened in Bonny was orchestrated in Kalabari, Ogoni and Ikwerre. Brother against brothers and sisters against sisters. How do you now expect morale to be high among Rivers people? Had the Biafran army shown the commitment they showed in the hinterland, they won't have easily lost the support base of the locals. No one will support a Biafran army who failed to protect them against the Nigerian army. In fact it was safer to support Boro’s 15th Brigade than go against it. Showing opposition to Boro was instant execution, but supporting it means survival. 1 Like |

It was in Bonny that the Nigerian military perfected their plans for other rebel held territories. Calabar fell next with the same shelling carried out in Bonny. Bro you have to understand that the Biafran military was seriously handicapped and overstretched, most of the Biafran defence lines were breached by just heavy naval and air bombardments by the Federal troops because they knew we had no effective reponse to these attacks. The situation was even more dire in the COR sectors because we were not only seriously under-equipped in hardware to stem the tide of the Federal advance, the Biafran command in those minority areas also had to deal with hampering acts of sabotage from the hostile minority people who were morbidly and inexplicably more afraid of "Igbo domination" than the uncertain possibilities of a Nigerian army massacre as was proven to be the case. Biafra simply had no air and naval defence system aside from scraps of old Nigerian transportation vessels, boats, crafts, and converted tugs that were all fitted with 6 pounder guns or machine guns to face the more sophisticated armada of Nigerian war ships with heavier artillery guns, effective radar systems, submarines etc all supported by heavy air bombardments on poorly defended Biafran positions defended by men armed with bolt action rifles and no anti-aircraft guns. 1 Like |

Eastlink: You are a liar, now it makes sense why the Northerners kept killing you Igbos till you left their land. There is no division in Opobo, Okrika or Bonny because of the Biafran war. The cultism issues Rivers state suffers today is as a result of Peter Otunaya Odili's Biafran obsession and Obasanjo's ignorance and desire to consolidate power. Most of the cultists were recruited under the disguise of youth empowerment schemes by the Peter Odili administration. Many of these people initially thought they were doing legal work for the government. It was much later they realised they weren't being sent after criminals but Odili's perceived political enemies. The Ijaws of Rivers state wanted to give the minorities in Rivers state a sense of belonging but an Igbo impostor whose family happened to live in present day Rivers state under the defunct eastern region stole the chance and continued with Igbo agenda of trying to wipe out indigenous Rivers people. When the Rivers people rose against Odili's tyranny it took the intervention of respected elders to keep him alive. When Igbo want to lie in public space they should know that we don't talk doesn't mean we are familiar with their atrocities. You can start with senator George sekibo and professor Kelson Harrison's autobiographies. They also made mention of their personal experiences of Igbo unwarranted violence. Captain Elechi Amadi also wrote an account on what his Ikwerre people suffered under Igbo occupation. Neither Adaka Boro or Saro-Wiwa promoted division, you Igbo heritage and identity thieves are the ones trying to divide communities and people. The people of Opobo did not sing in Kalabari, they sang in their Ibani dialect. The fact you mistook Ibani for Kalabari should tell you your IPOB claims are imaginations emanating from a mad man. 1 Like |

We owe him the Rivers state you Igbo idiots want to die for today. It is people like Elechi Amadi who made it possible for the Ikwerre to be part of the state. The initial deal with Boro was 3 homogeneous Ijaw states. We are grateful to Boro because he brought a physical end to the tyrannical Igbo dominated eastern region. PHijo: Where did your forefathers come from? Bonny and Opobo were founded and established by the Igbos and remain culturally and linguistically Igbo towns, the ibani you spoke about later joined them from nearby area. It was after the civil war that you people started migrating to the land and some of the original indigenes started denying their Igbo identity for political convenience. You and I know that ijaw is neither a cultural ethnic group nor linguistic ethnic group but a geographical union for political exploitation. The whole ijaw group does not have one culture or one language but a union formed from the minorities of minority who found themselves in a particular geographical area and grouped themselves under one umbrella for political convenience and aspiration. An Okirika man, Kalahari, Odua, Abua, Andoni or the even Ibani does not see himself as a real ijaw man, they always refer to bayelsa as ijaw. It's in your nature to claim people and land. We Igbos know where our land ends and won't leave a pin out of it. Ijaws in Bonny which I know there's no indigenous ijaw community in Bonny but only tenant settlers will go back to their original place when the right time comes or pay rent. You are landgrabbers who always like claiming people's land and even the people themselves, it has been seen in the case Ogoni, Ibani, Andoni, Ndoki clan of Igbo, ikwerre clan of Igbo, Ekpeye clan of Igbo, Urhobo, itsekiri and Edo. If you want me to take you people serious tell me the real language of ijaws and who and who are speaking it? |

One of the reasons why IPOB is seen as unserious is that map of Biafra they put out. It's scary to a lot of people not just the Niger Delta. The fact that their are Igbo speaking communities outside the South East does not make it mandatory for them to be part of Biafra. Likewise Oduduwa Republic and the ridiculous map they put out. In order not to look as bad as the people we all want to escape from, we must leave it to every community to make their choice. For now these communities want nothing to do with Biafra or Oduduwa. They will take their stand inside a nation made up of minorities. Let them be. |

PHijo: You can celebrate Boro, but he did not bring any end to tyranny. The Eastern Region was abolished by Gowon in 1967 and Rivers State was carved out. The war ended in 1970. 50 years on, can the Ijaw man claim to be free of oppression? An Igbo man has not been President for over 50 years, so who is oppressing who? The fact that we have had even more Ijaw militancy than during Adaka Boros time shows that Ijaws are no happier than when there was the Eastern Region 1 Like |
