1. They stay happy. Happiness is a decision. Don't waste energy on the things you can't control. 2. They move on. Don't waste time feeling sorry for yourself. Forgiveness is key. Invest your energy in the present and preparing for the future. 3. They keep control. Don't give any other person the control of your life. Control your own emotions. 4. They embrace change. Change brings growth and allows you to move forward in life. Change is not something to be scared of. 5. They accept responsibility. We all make mistakes, no one is perfect. Accept responsibility for your actions, learn and move forward. 6. They celebrate others success. The success of others will not hold you back, only a negative attitude to their success will do that. 7. They are willing to fail. Turn the times you fail in to lessons to help you grow. The only time you can completely fail is when you don't try. 8. They don't believe the world owes them something. 9. They have patience. They don't always expect immediate results. 10. They use their thoughts productively. Negative thoughts are replaced with productive thoughts. What fills your mind, controls your life. 11.They share. They don't have scarcity mentality. Life is about contribution. True knowledge is the best gift anyone can give. Always share knowledge |

FrankAba1:Ok Noted.. I guess you guys will've to find a place for them outside Benue when you get your biafra.. |
Saw a map of the proposed biafra with a part of Benue state which is in the North Central included and i laughed. NOTE: No Biafran should nurture the hope of including any part of Benue how ever small into this biafran project or else We'll show everyone once again how we denied Usman Danfodio entry into our land years ago and how we changed the course of the civil war.. Nigeria may be a zoo but we are the lions of this zoo... |
Nice one..Happy sunday |
Being poked in the ribs from the other side of the bed is never fun, particularly considering the fact that nobody chooses to snore - it just happens. As we sleep, muscle tone relaxes throughout the body, including the upper airways. If there's any sort of obstruction or narrowing up there, the flow of air results in rumbling vibrations of the soft tissue at the back of the throat. Obstructions of the snore-inducing kind can be various - a really common one is obesity, because there's extra fat on the neck, weighing down the relaxed throat muscles during sleep and narrowing the airways. If you've ever had a flatmate who sounds like a chainsaw after a big night out, you already know that alcohol is a fairly typical cause of snoring, too - this is because alcohol is a relaxant, and a more relaxed throat results in louder snores. Other problems that lead to snoring include nasal congestion due to a cold or allergies; swollen tonsils; or possibly anatomical problems, such as a bent nostril (typically from a broken nose), or enlarged tongue, or even adenoids. Some people try to avoid sleeping on their back because snoring appears to get worse - this is because the tongue falls back and compresses the airways. For overweight people the first advice is to try and drop a few pounds, because even moderate weight loss can reduce the thunderous vibrations. If you snore only while on your back, so-called positional therapy can help - it doesn't do away with snoring, but instead helps position your body at night so that sleeping on your back isn't an option. http://www.sciencealert.com/here-s-why-some-people-snore-and-how-you-can-stop-it |

It’s fascinating, really, how introspective and
confounding stories can be told through 64 bars of
vivid imagery on top of chopped-up and rearranged
grooves. But that’s why rap music has managed to
not only survive, but thrive over decades. When
done correctly, there may not be another genre in
all of music that has more substance within its
texture. Hip-hop’s most imperative element is its
lyricism and the skill with which it is presented.
From the type of honest and revealing storytelling
that some have mastered to the wit-centric, mind-
bending lines that ooze with double entendres and
third, fourth, and fifth meanings, the best hip-hop
will forever be contingent on the power of its lyrics.
So,this is a list of my top ten illist, dopest lyricist so far. 1. EMINEM 2. NAS 3. KANYE WEST 4. JAY Z 5. KENDRICK LAMAR (K DOT) 6. J COLE 7. DRAKE 8. BIG SEAN 9. LUPE FIASCO 10. BOOGEY drop yours too.. |
