It was only the use of card reader in 2015 and Jega refuse to play ball like he played in 2011 that made it difficult for PDP to rig Buhari in 2015 again.

Go and write it down,if Buhari decide to contest in 2019 even on his sick bed,Buhari will still win landslide.
