Not exactly true. Tinubu didn’t create anything new he only increased taxes which were already an existing income potential in Lagos. Meaning he taxed and double taxed what was already existing.

There is nothing genius about increasing tax in a state already full the such potential. Go to ekiti or osun and increase tax and see whether it will work like Lagos.

If it is that easy, Go and increase tax in your south east states, then make it the most livable' region in the country.
