I remember the day I visited Niger Delta University Teaching Hospital in okolobiri, which looks like a glorified health centre. No meaningful development there. The population of okolobiri isn't up to 30k yet, no single street light there and there's an NLNG facility there flaring gas. No.good hotel, people relied on generator and i asked them why were they so backward, they said their people who collect royalties from the oil companies live in abuja and only give them crumbs. Such nonsense won't happen here.
