Any marine technician status change ?

but honestly, if they have sent regret mails for the position you applied, and your status is still "under review" or application received just move on...no need of hanging your hope here. Regret mail is automatically generated, so sometimes it might not happen, most times it does.

and also, they will only interview you for the position you applied and wrote exam on.
If you applied for two positions and wrote exam on One of them... that is the one you should think about.
Dragnet specifically said if you write that test for two positions, you will be disqualified, meaning they want you to move on with ONLY one position.
because think about it, with the competition in this industry, you think there is no SME in the one you didn't write the test, the one you choose not to write the test because you are not really sure of that space, you think people didn't choose it first?
let's all be logical... You focused on your strength and chose, I&E, neglecting Project engineer, some other persons choose Project engineer as their strength and neglected I&E. if you are the recruiter, who would you interview on that position?

Bro before the test, people enquired about writing one test and dragnet responded that ones score in one test will be used to judge multiple positions if it applies. Now for the first set of invite, someone got an invite for interview for a position he didn’t write test for. Also, you should know that this recruitment is treated in batches. For this I&E, I know someone whose status changed since two week ago whereas some people’s status just changed on the 30th. Do the calms till invite comes next week then we will know what’s up. Also regret mail isn’t automatic. Thanks

The now the status for E.I engineer just changed from application received even after the test to under review. It means they're now reviewing the scores,CVS and the likes. Hopefully,interview mails would be sent today at noon or so ..Best of luck for those waiting too

Yeah, but priority is given to those who wrote the skill test for that position. So far, I haven't seen anyone who didn't write a skill test for a position and got interview invite for that position. I stand to be corrected though.

Go a bit back in the thread and you will see it, the first set of invitations. It doesn’t even make sense that they will come back after interview is done to invite those that didn’t write test for that particular position

One test is used to judge all positions you wrote for. No priority

Same thing for that applicant, application received since he applied until 24th, that's 3days ago. So it's a bit of a concern if it doesn't move for interview invite. Not to discourage you.

Ok. Thanks, I thought as much, the application change doesn’t affect my profile because ever since I applied it’s been on “application received” . Even when profiles changed during test invitation, mine didn’t change but I got the test invite and the date remains the same since I applied. I have a certain sentiment to why it’s like that but let me hold it till interview invite

Mine read application received from the beginning but I still got invited for the test, it doesn’t matter if it still reads application received, so far you haven’t gotten a regret mail then be hopeful

Successful graduate trainee will be on probation for one year, you’ll be sent to different departments and each department will give Valuation of you, if you get an overall good enough valuation then you’ll be confirmed, if not you’ll stay on probation while your colleagues are climbing the ladder

Lol! 250k for graduate trainee engineer? Even the least contract personnel gets more than that except you’re talking about interns, interns get 100k monthly as at 2019/2020….the might have increased it now though.
Someone here quoted the right figure, it’s a range and not static, it’s about 2M - 2.8M. The salary is not even the juiciest part, the juiciest part is the allowance you get at the beginning of the year and at the end of the year….it’s always heavy

It wasn’t network issue for me at all, it’s clearly the test platform that had issue, in fact I was streaming on YouTube just so I could confirm the fault wasn’t from me. They just didn’t plan it well, honestly.

Another angle! I also feel the site was too heavy

Dragnet clearly stated that we should get more than one internet source Incase of anything, network has been very bad due to the main one cable issue, so when I couldn’t load the practice test without issues, I got an airtel mi-fi and everything loaded seamlessly, someone complained he was stopped while writing the test, it’s probably because there was movement around you or an application popped up
