OP, do you really want to tell me that Chinese do not have a religion they practice?
Nobody is asking anybody to abandon their religion. The only problem we are facing here is that we have failed to set a balance between our spiritual and our physical. We rather want our Christian God to help us to do everything including those things we can humanly do by ourselves.

For clarity sake,I think the 2rooms should also house a living room and a kitchen too and I want to assume that it would be a detached apartment also.
If everything I've stated is right then I'll suggest you budget about 2million.

A man priority would be to see him give his dream a life and that is what I call successful. Even when you choose to work on yourself as a man then what would be your ultimate goal?

Thing to consider first would be the total square metre to work on for the plastering. For example, if you are going to have a full closet and kitchen tiled then than automatically reduces the areas to be plastered.

For the laying of bricks I would suggest you tell your Manson to breakdown his charges.

Cost of block setting to the lintel level. etc.
