I need a php programmer who lives in ibadan for a partnership venture. I have written a web app (beta) but am sure it lacks enough security hence the purpose of this post. I was thinking I could write the code from scratch to completion (I did) but I fear it isn't well secured. I am a doctor by profession and do not really know much about tech security.
