I visited my state(IMO state) after 6 years, i saw an enormous difference. I think 1000 might be farfetched but there is a discernible difference in IMO state; Visit before you surmise.

Truth be told..we owned Uruguay in the second half. This is where experience comes to play, our attack lacks experience. That babatunde guy has no place in this team,no composure at all.
Sports / Re: Moses Begged Mikel Before Taking The Penalty Against Ethiopia by Phrankve1(m): 4:05pm On Feb 01, 2013
Geewan:

And so fu**ing what? Is he the first player to be converted. Was Yobo not formally an attacker? He has been playing defence now for over a decade. Was agholahor not formally a right back? He is not the first player to be converted and he won't be the last.

Sometimes we destroy these players without knowing it. How much does he have compare to Messi, Ronaldo, Falcao, Rooney, Terry, Ver Persie and co yet you see this players giving more that 100% for their country.
What can you talk about Kanu who played for Ajax, Inter Milan and Arsenal with goals and brilliant perfomances to show for it and fantastic career with Nigeria. I still remember vividly how he wept at the Nations cup in 2000 in Lagos.

Each time I see Mikel I see a player who lacked confidence and is afraid of taking responsibility. It is so sad that we expect more than he can do from him. Don't even mention Okocha because for Nigeria Okocha is in a world of his own. Mikel is a classic example of luck.

That he wiped poverty from his generation, his family will be thankful to him. Nigeria will also be thankful to him for his performance in Holland 2005.

We still remember how he dodged the Beijing Olympics in 2008.

Do you still expect agholahor to make goaline clearances or run back to tackle players?

Dont even compare him to messi or ronaldo or falcao .. if anything goes wrong while this people are serving their country, they will never be forgotten, there families will be well taken care of but in our beloved country you will be remembered in the first few days and after then you no longer exist.

Everything that has mikels name on it people will come with their negative insight. This guy has been one of our best players in this tournament, I dont know why he is getting unnecessary hatred from Nigerians. Is there any nigerian player that has been able to play for a top club for 7 years and still counting.

Mikel was a better creative player before going to chelsea, due to the numbers in the midfield position he was converted to a holding midfielder. My question to all the haters... If you were in mikel's shoes and you were ask to become a keeper for chelsea with 20-30 million naira as your weekly wages would you refute the offer?

This guy has wiped poverty from his generation and you guys are here hating on him.

He might not be jay jay,but he is the best midfielder Nigeria has now .

Even some babes wey no understand football self dey talk,if there bf or hubby hate mikel dey don hate em be that..

To me Mikel was one of our best players in this match, holding the ball nicely nd trying to link play with the attackers.
When you have 2 players man marking one player, you dont expect him to do much.
Phones / Re: Share Your Experience As Regards Your Phones Purchased In SLOT? by Phrankve1(m): 4:29pm On Nov 06, 2012
i bought a bold 5(white) from slot, used it for like 2-3 months and the phone wouldn't come on anymore. First i thought it was the battery,so i bought a new batt, still the phone wouldn't come up. I gave it to a guy that repairs phone, since i couldn't locate where the receipt was. The guy checked and told me that my phone has died,i was like PHONE DEY DIE shocked.

make i come sell am as scrab, dey dey tell me 5k(Phone wey i buy 95k) i just hang em for my wall, make i take dey remember the phone, instead i go sell em 5k.

But really it seems their madness just started, cos most of the phone i have used has been from them, didn't have any reason to complain until the bold 5 experience.
Sports / Re: Mikel Is Underrated By Outsiders - Frank Lampard by Phrankve1(m): 2:38am On Jul 31, 2012
How many players from Nigeria has gone to a team for career reasons.Mikel has been playing for 7 years for a top team like Chelsea that could replace him in a twinkle of an eye,yet he still plays till date.So many player has come and go but Mikel is still playing at the top for Chelsea.

When you experience poverty, career wont be the first thing on your mind when an opportunity like playing for Chelsea is presented to you, even if you were converted from a striker role to a Goalkeeper.

Several managers that has managed Chelsea relied on Mikel. The experts claiming that they know alot about football on this forum,im wondering do they know more than these coaches,Director of football,Scouts,Chairman ,chiefs and co.

Yes we all wish he stuck to his role as an offensive midfielder ,but has it ever occurred to anyone ....

he might have played that role and still didn't come this far
maybe he playing as defensive player is a blessing in disguise ...

This guy is building a strong foundation for his generation, you guys are here criticizing him.

Family / Re: Can You Continue With The Marriage? by Phrankve1(m): 4:44pm On Sep 02, 2011
As a wife to you ,she should be submissive(abi no be bible talk am) , this is not some kind of bf & gf thing, you both should respect each others feelings, what she is doing now wont be tolerated by her if reverse be the case.

My dear she has an eye on the guy in question, me im not married but from the look of things, she is getting bored of you, try spice things up between you guys(gifts, romantic outings & stuff) she is seeking attention from the guy in question,if it continues like this it might lead to something else.
