The same guy I was chatting with last week,asking me to fund my wallet by paying to his account before I will get my data. I just ended the deal, when I have trusted guy who can credit me before payment.

Hi Sophia, they did not collect the phone, they only gave me a piece of paper containing phone numbers that are not connecting and the ones that managed to connect, they don't pick calls.
You can forward 08138526790 to them. Will there be any need to send my imei number when they did not collect my phone and no work order number?

The problem of some itel phones is the ram size, can't use phone below 1GB RAM.

Have been to your office at Allen Avenue Opebi severally, they said my my hot note pro sub-board is faulty that's why it is not fast charging and not recognised on system when using USB cod.
They said they don't have the sub-board and they gave me some phone numbers to be calling, have been calling the numbers, not picking while some are invalid.
please how can you help me out in case the sub-board is in store. I will appreciate if you can give me a personal contact I can easily reach for enquiry.

Gentlemen, please I will appreciate someone to teach and guide me on how to upgrade my Infinix hot note pro 2gb + 32gb from kikat 4.4 to lollipop 5.1 without the use of computer coz my surd board is faulty making it not recognised when connected to computer with my USB cord. Carl Care center asked me to keep calling till they get the surd board.

Bought the gold colour for my girl N27,500 on July1st....It nice for ladies who don't have much task on mobile devices. I was expecting the ram to be 2gb with with not less than 3600mah battery capacity. Its still OK anyway....

I will appreciate if you send me the link to download that 5.1 ROM. I wanted to downgrade it to that your version but the file was protected and needed password before I can extract to a folder . I downloaded it from another site again and SP flash tools was given me error messages when trying to load android scatter file.

Uninstall Facebook apps and afterwards Goto settings>storage>clear cache. If the above doesn't satisfy, restore to factory.

I didn't upgrade mine, it came with it and I'm thinking of downgrading to lollipop or kikkat coz I doubt if 6.0 is out without bugs. The phone hang sometimes and some apps don't respond fast like kikkat version.
You can Google it coz I saw a blog deliberating on 6.0 on hot note.

Yes because 4.4 suppose to be the default version and I heard 5.1 and 6.0 has some bugs.
And I felt this 6.0 is too high for hot note X551 1gb ram resulting in hanging sometimes.

If uv done this and still no recognition by ur system
Trust me, it's ur charging port

And by d way
Some USB charge well buy don't show in computer
So get another USB and check

Thank you sir, I have ticked and unticked debugg mode severally, still the same and I used another cod that recognised another Infinix phone to test mine but did recognised mine. I never knew a faulty port can still be charging. Is it a minor problem or what do u think I should do?
