princeonx: Olboy am just tired of the senseless killing. If na the money be issue make him too go back to school! If na compitition for money, make you study something that will make 4 times her income since you always want to be ahead! Any body that hurt or kill my sister or daughter will not like my action oh cux I will not only kill anybody that has the same last name as him, I will make sure not even grass grow in his father's compound again. Bruh.. You gats to chill . princeonx: I honestly don't understand why some of you guys are justifying the reason or making excuses for somebody to kill another person. Tha ratio of world population (don't quote me, na so they talk) is 11 to13 women to 1 man. If the situation gets to where you can't fix or deal with it any more, get a divorce and move on. Why will you rot in jail because of a woman? The moment you get in the back seat of the police cruiser your eyes go open and reality will set in and your kids automatically become orphans! Both that money, house, power, name, and respect you killed for will be taken away from you. You will now be known by an inmate number (not ur name anymore), your house will turn to 6ft by 4ft! Wtf? Imo these are selfish, illitrates, wicked, and lazy men! I was at a child dedication last Sunday and similar topic came up about respect, nurse, brought you to America, paid tuition and all that, 2 bosses in the house, bla bla bla!! Why is this bs only when the lady is a nurse? There are other fields out there that the women make way more money and they still live in happy homes. To answer that, it's because there are too many da.mn Nigerian/African nurses in the same place at the same da.mn time working crazy hours, gossiping, sharing ideas mostly bad ones and all that! Guys if you don't have/make enough income pls get a second job if you have to. NEVER EVER share bills with your wife except you're also ready to share the domestic work in the house and that includes doing dishes and laundry, etc (I don't see anything in doing it anyway) but if you're too proud or too african/Nigerian to do dishes, buy disposable plate/spoons. What pisses me Off the most is that some of these our Rambo brothers were married to Americans, kissed their a$$es, cooked for them, did their laundry, eat to.to during $e* (mmmm lawd have mercy lol) and even help raise kids from their baby daddy but when it come to Nigerian woman they automatically remember they had one useless title back home and can't do certain things! They will now differentiate male and female work in the house which they don't when the check come in!! And what kind of stu.pid love is that for a 24yrs old girl to follow a 50-60yrs old man all because he live in America? Are you mad? Then after paying your way through school you will remember that he's an old man, doesn't have a good job or just a taxi driver, or security man and all that! |

agrovick: Moral lessons
¹ If you brought her from Nigeria, don't send her to nursing school ² Sign a prenup, I don't know how it works in this case ³ Don't get married ⁴ Control your temper
It's unfortunate the women died this way though Duh It's not about nursing school It could as well be a computer school The point is the earning power of the lady If she is a liability more load for you Well..I just saw 3 now You are one of the anti marriage crew No bother |

missjo: I agree with all you saying,i was just looking at this adoption or abortion thing from another perspective.
I'm an optimist, and I believe people who make an attempt to move do not remain stagnant for very long. So let's say in two or three years from now,she becomes stable financially and psychologically, she would definitely regret giving up her child for adoption or terminating it before it gets to full term. I hope you understand my perspective now. Well that is life Every decision has a consequence |
Family › Re: People Please Have Mercy On Me Before I Die by pickabeau1: 1:04pm On Oct 12, 2016 |
missjo: She has a family, not a destitute living on the streets. Her case isn't even about money I think, she needs a complete psychological work up. Giving up her baby for adoption or terminating her pregnancy (can't believe some women even advised her to do this, shocking) , selling her gadget, or changing locations has very little to do with her situation. Lagos is a place with more work opportunities than any other state in Nigeria,THE BEST which people in a position to help can do for her is to provide opportunity no matter how little, that will earn her income.
Financial assistance can also be considered, but only if it is for a business. Having a child is enough in some cases to suspend one's drive in life Two is a major challenge She needs to start over with her mom The child may be better off ... especially if adopted in a two person home Steve jobs was raised by adoptive parents |

Well done bro Guidance and rehabilitation is what she needs not money Is it possible to give that child up for adoption after birth thorpido: Update
I've been to her house.I saw a young lady in distress. She's pregnant and ill(just first trimester blues). She obviously has marital(unmarital actually) issues with the man she's pregnant for now-he's physically abusive too cos she showed me a mark on her body. She also has issues with her mum.Her mum has been the one taking care of her but seems she's fed up with her and they are not getting along now. I can confirm she was in SA(couldn't see her passport with the visa because she said she misplaced it) but I saw other documents. She was repatriated.she has a son that was born in SA.
Like some of you here feel,I saw a lady who obviously has a disjointed life.Poor choices and and an inability to put things right in her life. She will need long term counselling like some of you suggested. However,I can confirm she needs money now.She presently attends an unorthodox Maternity clinic. I could get her out of the house because I met some people there who said she just going go with a stranger. Her mum called too while there and said they shouldn't let her out with anyone.I plan to meet with the mum tomorrow.
If anyone wants to see documents I could send pictures to you. Cc: Onegai,Funjosh,Ifyalways,Jaybee3,Peakabeu1,Mizmycoli,Mindfulness |

MizMyColi: Good morning Pick,
I spoke with her offline o. My intuition tells me she needs money. But there are still records that need to be put straight.
I don't mind being a mugu but I also don't allow my intelligence to be deliberately played on.
Mothers here who are into more humanitarian services than I might ever be on NL have raised valid questions. I do not fault their weariness and caution. The onus is on her to provide proof they have asked for.
However, I would that if she provides a bank account, let us just contribute something, at least to eat and transport.
If further investigations show she wasn't real after all... Well, God bless her.
You know sometimes we just help people, not because we are so sure of their story, but because we feel a need to...false or not....because they need it, the money I mean....for whatever purpose and intent. Well everyone needs money So the need has to be ascertained And she should have come out clear Either way tehn.will only verify before involvement |

jumissy: Mom is staying with me while she is visiting. She and dad have told me to stay out of it, but they are doing it in my house. I have not told my stepmom or her children (my siblings here) but of course she found out like most women when your husband starts acting different and she saw shopping receipts. She even mentioned my name, saying that her children and I are disappointed although I have not told them about it. She knows I would be disappointed. It's possible she might think this was what my mom and I planned. How much further is she staying if your step mom is awaere now, then i guess the cat is really out of the bag Enforce the boundaries For now... dont say anything to your stepmom.. the occasion is too raw.. let it chill |
