four trainees of access bank up for eviction. some of the trainees concerned are top knotch in terms of performance. why eviction? cos they failed use of english twice!!!!
the trainees are in their fourth month which is their last month of training. wat do u all feel about this? is it a fair measure?

wat do u guys feel about this situation. an access bank trainee was chucked after four months of trainin. why? because he failed his CPG(credit policy guide) exams. where do they expect him to start pickin up the pieces from?

jus in case u're really down for the truth. if the bankin sector does take u, u might neva be as paid as someone with a BSc. its the cold hard truth u jus have to face. the university graduates wit 2.2, 3rd class and pass are still having a hard time gettin in. if u've noticed an engineer is a university graduate and a technician is a technical school graduate. the engineer supervises the technician and henceforth earns more than the technician and pays the technician as he deems fit. i know what u're thinkin, yes the technician has more experience but the engineer is still his boss. my advice to u is dat go and equip urself wit a Bsc and this has been easier wit various methods like DE, sandwich programmes, part time, u know the works. don't be contented and ltd by ur HND, get out there and get a BSc. or better yet try FOREX. After all na money we dey find.

On a very serious note, the peeps with the age problem should seriously consider entrepreneurship and seek serious finanacial freedom. we're in an age where info is the key. if u've an idea that is worth sellin, market it. u'll be surprised at what may come out of it. banks are now interested in financing people with killer ideas but no dough. u don't have to knot a tie everyday to make it. try readin the rich dad poor dad series.

ur resume is a tech one. why don't u apply at places where ur java programmin and sql knowledge can be of use. an example is the common IT FIRMS that are everywhere now and takin almost every tom,dick and harry. also Internet Service providers.etc but na wa for u o, i come dey fear as u no fit spell graduate sef. jokes aside maybe u should review ur cv and hav a professional work on it for u.
