I was watching an episode of a popular soap opera ( Doctor's Quarters) on Saturday and something the matron said got my attention..The matron was giving a patient a do "yourself method" to know if her spouse sperm is capable of producing fruits(children), though she scored the method 80/100...and the service of a doctor is still needed.

Take a clean glass of water,and pour the sperm into it. If the sperm settles down then your spouse is good to go but if it settles in the middle then your spouse needs medical attention doesn't mean he cant but just to put him straight and if the sperm floats(in her words)park your load and run....

there is one spice you forgot to mention, I've forgotten the name but it's like small broken stems of a dried plant and it's wrapped like how they wrap groundnut .
this is what I use;
-baking flavour(strawberry)
-sugar
-hibiscus flower (dried)
-ginger (dried)
-local peppersoup spice
- sachet nutritional drink(strawberry)


local pepper soup spice, boil all together for at list 30minutes.

allow to cool, when it's warm add the baking flavour(1 cap, too much destroys taste)
add the whole sachet of the powder nutritional drink.
add sugar and taste to know what level of ingredients are in the mixture.
if any is not enough to your taste you could still add little by little.
filter and refrigerate.


when the water is boiling, put the washed flower with ginger and pineapple skin and that

First wash the zobo leaves in cold water to remove the dust. Then turn the leaves into a pot and add water (depends on the quantity you want). For me, I also add Pineapple peel/back (after washing it of course) and some ginger because I love the flavour of both. Heat up the pot till it boils very well. Sieve out the water into a clean bowl and allow to cool for a while. Pour into a jug and add some sugar if you like and stir. Fill up plastic bottles with the zobo and put in the fridge to get cold. Serve in wine glasses and enjoy.

Zobo drink is one of my favourites.
