advice please, .my wife put in for this npower stuff two weeks ago and she has not been sent an email. pls any one in similar situation?

we had s similar experience in my own.but first it started when the borehole was not pump regularly, but when we started pumping almost everyday the ratlike smell disappear. but I. can't tell if there was a dead rat inside the hole.so I advice pump regularly once or twice a day.
