Yes they have no control over it because it's not a permanent account and money doesn't stay there for a long time that's why scammers are mostly using it and the money must have been moved to another different account.

Even if you enter inside bank they will say they can't do anything about it and your money is gone.

I'm working on getting the BVN linked to the bank, address and phone number... It will be available soon. The money is still in the account but they said they need the scammers consent to send it back... I confident I will get the money back

Lol mumu you went and fall for all those Telegram Escrow scammers. Don't trust any Escrow online and for your information the account number that they gave you is a virtual account. Bank cannot do anything about it and by now they have transfer the money to somewhere or cash it out. They don run you local just accept your lost and wise up.
