am done trading for the week profit secured. Am due for withdrawal on Saturday. $200 in this agbado era go go a long way. My ppl in this business controlling emotions, discipline and risk management is very important. My first 3 days on this live acc was bloody. I was on almost 5% drawdown last week Wednesday. My emotions kicked in I started revenge trading. I told myself I cannot lose this acc. Had to stop trading last Wednesday, uninstalled mt5 and focused on my job and other things. Analyzed my trades over the weekend to see my mistakes. This week has been awesome. Don't despise the power of taking a break when on a losing streak. Fighting the market and revenge trading only leads to blown acc. I have told.y self, any two days losing streak I quit for the week. The next trade is the most important trade. $100 withdrawal every 2 weeks on this acc would be very rewarding. With discipline it's doable. Let's Keep pushing guys the sky is our starting point. This is just to encourage everyone grinding.

Anyway my advise for you is this, leave prop firm for now. just fund a cent account with 10k it will give you around 1000 in your account, try doubling or tripling this then use the profit from this to fund.
mind you if you can't double or grow your cent account you are not ready yet for a prop firm. don't deposit more than 10k at a go and be mastering your strategy..

Everyday on demo, I set $10-$50 to practice. Everytime I blew the account, I ask myself what did I do wrong.
That's where I discovered I don't know my entry signals, another research.
Now, the strategy Dan stand, psychology is what I am working on now.

Do you know how it feels when u spray money mint in a party? That's a profitable feeling because no dullinh. Try am, you will know there is nothing in the psycology its just you and ur insecurities.

If u use to the higher timeframes and do support and resistance u will get there. That's the zone. There is no room for failure, only success because we don't only know but act on what we know.

If you understand that 6% means 1500 pips, you can't breach it even if news goes against you.

Besides I found out that news is often correction in a trending market. So las las it will still continue in your favour or worse hit your stoploss without breach.

Let's say you have a $5000 account and the total DD is 6%. You use 0.02 lotsize to gain a floating profit of $300.

How possible is it for you to lose $300 profits on a swing position with 0.02 lotsize?

It's just not possible. What news will move market 1500 pips against you?

Now I don't trade with 0.02, norms on 5k account its 0.2max lots I start closing at 4% 1-3% risks.
I wan reduce am, but the upside is higher if I can just maintain discipline and control the greed on d upside. Make I no go dey imagine profits wey neva show evidence.
