I think the 'no rift' is in your own imagination. The Special advisers to Oyetola and Aregbe have made the rift public some days when they engaged in Facebook war. Jamiu Olawumi one of the SAs to Oyetola took to his Facebook page and quoted that "there can only be one recognized " authority" at a time. And Bola Ilori and Semiu Okanlawon (Aregbesola aides). Reply him lenghty concerning that. For your info, the rift started since the appointment, some Aregbe loyalists felt being betrayed.

Sorry, does it mean that states not mentioned among the 25 states will not receive stream II PCMs, because I was posted to Anambra in stream I but couldn't go, and Anambra is not stated among the 25 states' list.

Pcms will be deployed to all states, those states that were not listed in that circular too will receive pcms but they will be camping in a nearby state for their orientation stuff

Not next batch o, it is still referin to the batch c stream 2, the message just saying that one is not in stream 1 that is still in camp presently.

I think it is your school that needs to reupload your details, and after that, the changes will reflect within 10-15 minutes on nysc portal. It happened to me last month which made me not to make it with stream 1. Moreover, maybe your school student affairs people don't want to stress themselves unnecessarily because if your new details are reuploaded, you cannot still register, it will be saying your school is yet to submit mandatory document.
