after a month.mine have been eaten cook indomie, rice, even left over semo and wheats , sometime I give them biscuits because I don't have time running around for one expensive food.infact only one person no fit catch them if Dem begin run. Even if I leave indomie cook and their, Dem go finish the indomie first before them return to their foods and none of them die

They don’t grow as big and heavy as broilers do, that’s why I’m asking.

Though I am not raising mine for selling, but matured Noilers sells between 2.5k-5k depending on size and your location

They do hatch, this am very sure, I just make sure I keep the number of eggs to like 5-7 otherwise, they will keep laying & won't hatch more than that number

Buying ready to kill birds is better than rearing with feeds.
That's why I stopped buying Broilers.
Cockerels are good too,but I bought Noilers coz of the eggs advantage.

Noilers will do best on normal chicken feeds, you can supplement the feed with kitchen waste

Yes they do, but are not know to hatch. But, I have read someone who claimed his female Noilers hatched their egg because they were on free range

At 6weeks, I changed their feed to finisher, but noticed they were not gaining much weight, so by day 51 (22/5) I dewormed them and changed their feed to starter and there was significant changes

Yes you can, you can put stone first before putting the charcoal so that the ash will settle at the base

I administered lasota to the birds today

On the 8th day (09/02) I noticed one of the birds was having a swollen eyes, I contacted noeloge82, and he told me the drug to use. The affected bird was also isolated from the others

On 2nd April 2021, with enough knowledge from nairaland agric/poultry section, I decided to rear Noilers.

So I got 20 noiler birds, just to test the months of extensive research on nairaland and to test the "waters"

I would have done this a bit early...but anyways, better late than never
