hausadreturn: You mean the Babangida and Abacha that later became presidents? Isn't it safe to say that it was the military regime that made it that way?
Notice also that apart from Aguiyi Ironsi, the rest that became Generals only became so when they became presidents. Yes u are right, most general during military era became head of state and assumed the 4 star rank, except ironsi and Buhari...however abacha was a 4 star general before becoming head of state ...Bali was also a four star general without being head of state and in a military regime |

zinaunreal: You just keep confusing people sir The highest rank in any given corp is major general, so how can nysc dg have two major gens at a time
When has the entire army ever had two lieutenant generals at a time?
Has the armed forces ever had two four star generals at a time?
Regular or not Every rank comes with an office. They cant force rank on people just coz you are regular or dssc. The army is structured and organized Yes there was a time NA has more than one Lt Gen abacha, dongoyaro, Salihu Ibrahim, domkat Bali, etc. Even Lt Gen agwai and obiakor Four star Gen...Babangida, Domkat Bali abacha Agwai and azazi |

You people have problem walahi. where in the history of NDA you will hear that passing out is been done in March ?? Except he actually meant Executive Commission... Always have it in mind that you people will be passing out September.... As for you saying I might not pass out is totally not your concern for now... manage and hang something. You blew the first ofe by saying 2nd quarter is January...by way and manner of your writings, my conclusion...you are not a cadet and you are doing a bad job at impersonation |

GenAnsahCinC: @Abiodun I wont say anytin to you again until we meet and I am expectin u next weekend. GenAnsahCinC: yesterday I went to Naval base to see a close friend. on my way out of the base I saw a Naval officer, I approached him and began to ask him questions about the navy. first I asked him how he got into navy he said thru NDA. I asked him the highest rank a dssc officer can attain in the nigerian navy he said it depends. that a dssc officer can convert to regular in the navy. if am interestd I should get the form and let him know. he will guide me on how to convert from dssc officer to regular. I told him am not interestd that my mind bleeds for the army ssc. he gave me his number and told me whatever info I will want to know concerning the navy I should call him. so pals, if u have any questions to ask or u want to know any info about the navy u just drop ur question(s) i'll make sure it gets to him. and i'll deliver his reply back to u. thanks. #BeYourBrotherKeeper |

abiodunalasa: Dont disturb ur self sir. He wont show up. He will either ignore this post or he will give excuse.
Thank you sir anyway for your input towards truth. I have been monitoring him for a while now, from the Navy thread to this thread, all I can say is that the guy is not an officer, though he is very current with military affairs, which anybody can know from mere reading, being friends with military personnel or merely following military guyz on social media platforms, so many things was just wrong about him, his mannerism is/was unbecoming of a military officer, I wanted to call him out for his manners but I saw he has so many fans and cohorts on the thread, I was only monitoring him to see when he will talk about paying for any thing...I really don't know why people claim what they are not, I noticed the bintushop switch also, I know they are working hand in hand that's if it's not an alternate moniker. |

Preciy8: Please, for people who have been using the phone for some time now please how is the battery usage? I'd love to know the estimated battery time under heavy usage and how fast it charges. Like a battery test.
And also, please is the 3GB RAM legit? And how much internal memory is left of the 32GB after subtracting the spaces already taken by bloatwares and OS? Thanks I hope this helps...I don't play games on it but I browse heavily and my data is on 24/7, it takes 1-2hrs to charge assuming you have a flat battery (since i got it I only got 8% battery due to heave usage of 31/1st). I charge only once a day, in the morning as I resume I charge and leave it to get to 100% before using and that's for that day. For the RAM is 3GB and ROM is 24-26GB of the 32GB

GenAnsahCinC: I advise anyone wanting to join the military to read and understand the Harmonized Terms And Conditions Of Service before thinking of joining the military to avoid regrets and frustration in the service. Military is a different world entirely. It's more like a cult group. Once you entered, very hard to come out. Many soldiers join the military without knowing what it entails. So many are regretting. One met me this morning and was telling me about resigning. I asked him how many years he has spent in the system he said just 5years. I laughed and handed him the HTACOS to read about resignation from service. After reading, he was crying. There are so many things in the military that some officers and soldiers don't know about. Recently in Borno state, 3 soldiers are facing a death sentence while 22 others have life sentence. If these soldiers read HTACOS I don't think they would have landed in this mess they found themself. There are some offences that look so minor in the civil sector when commited but when such offences are committed in the military, may lead to either death sentence, life in prison, degradation or dismissal of personnel as the case may be. Three of such offences are: AWOL, sleeping on duty and cowardice. The 2007 HTACOS stated that a soldier who sleeps on duty shall face a life sentence while cowardice was death sentence. Please read the 2012 HTACOS governing the area of commission you want to apply for. E.g. DSSC Terms and Conditions is slightly different from RC specially in the area of promotion and appointment. Pls can i get a soft copy of the HTACOS |
