I used zenith bank master card via paypal on eBay I was charged 199.80 today

I dont know the problem with my paypal, my account has been limited, it was ok before, i even tried other cards same limited

If they employed federal character in shortlisting successful candidates, why would some states have more number of candidates on the list than others? If they raised the cutoff mark, it should have been wise to communicate all the candidates for the sake of transparency. Am afraid we actually competed with candidates from our various states.
