I learnt when u allow God to lead you,U 'll be protected and favored. Is a risk leading urself because there's way seems right to a man but the end is destruction. |
The commentary is just too dull.l don't know l'm the only one observing it. |
I appreciate your great observation. Please inform those contractor handling the pedestal bridges before Mabushi and Banex junctions in Abuja to hasten up.They started the construction work last year up till now yet to be completed. My friend, I don't know how long it takes to construct about three pedestal bridges. That particular spot has claimed more than a hundred of lives because of the rush. The latest was on Monday last week, a young guy was crushed and dead at the spot. |
[i]One of my neighbor invited me yesterday for an ordination service in his Church at Bwari Area Council,Abuja.I found it interesting hence is going to be my first time to visit the place. Behold, as we were approaching,I was amazed seeing the ugly routes that linked to the church.I asked myself some questions, is this part of Abuja? What is the Area Council Chairman doing? And people who dwell in this area strongly believe they are in Abuja? Who do you blame?

The Department of Development Control of the Abuja Metropolitan Management Council has said all structures being demolished in different parts of the FCT were illegally erected. The Department, in a statement lamented that "village Heads without recourse to existing statutory provisions were illegally selling plots to unsuspecting developers in need of accommodation, who also went ahead to develop them without building plan approval." The Department which last Thursday pulled down some illegal structures in Daki-biyu community in Abuja, said the illegal structures removed include " batchers, kiosks, shanties and structures which were developed without legal titles to land and building plan approval." "The structures were mainly built on lowland and water lodged areas, thereby obstructing the free flow of water in the area especially during the rainy season. Also removed, were the houses built and are encroaching into other people's plot," the statement said. The District Officer in charge of the Area, who led the team, Ismaila Adamu, during a media chat at the site, said all the affected houses at the area were marked earlier. "We marked all these houses that we are removing now. We also served the illegal developers adequate notices to stop work and quit site last year. We also served them demolition notices early this year, but they refused to comply," Adamu said. In a related incident, the Department said it has embarked on the demolition along Bwari-Dutse road. Assistant Director in charge of Monitoring & Enforcement, Nathaniel Atebije, while explaining the reason for the exercise, said the FCT Water Board had informed the Department of houses that encroached on a major pipeline linking Gurara Dam and the Lower Usma Dam. He said the need to carry out removal of such encroachment became imminent because of the implication of the illegal development to the maintenance of the pipeline. According to the Assistant Director, "only the houses that fall within 25meters from the said pipeline are being removed and called on all other illegal developers to desist from such act as the removal of such structures is continuous." He added that owners of illegal structures had pleaded for final grace period to enable them remove valuable parts of the houses on their own, adding that the Department has given them one week and that the exercise will commence thereafter. Meanwhile, the four Dutse Communities, Dutse-Pe, Dutse Alhaji, Dutse Makranta and Dutse Sokale have dragged the Development Control to court for marking and enmarking their structures, saying that their action was illegal.

The act of match fixing has gone another level with perpetrators not interested in fixing matches for money. Reports from Lebanon say referees are demanding for sex to fix match. According to Reuters, three Lebanese referees have been charged for accepting sexual bribes from three women to fix an Asian Football Confederation Cup match. They will go on trial from 10-14 June. FIFA-recognised referee Ali Sabbagh and assistants Ali Eid and Abdallah Taleb had allegedly agreed to influence the result of the 3 April match between Singapore’s Tampines Rovers and East Bengal of India, and were hastily replaced hours before kick-off by the AFC. The three, who deny the charges against them, face a maximum fine of S$100,000 and a five-year prison term if found guilty. They have not been given bail on grounds they could be a flight risk and are currently being held at Singapore’s Changi Prison. Read details on piusehimare..com

Holy Jesus! This is the worst abomination I have ever heard in my life. What is wrong with some men, can't they just control themselves for seconds? God destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah because of the magnitude of the sin they committed which is not half of Nigerians. It is a sign of the end-time indeed. The name sound Edos, but not sure if he is actually from Edo State. The Lagos State Police Command has arrested a 49-year-old truck driver for allegedly raping his seven year-old daughter and his one-year-old granddaughter. The suspect, Sylvester Ehijere, allegedly disvirgined the two girls at his home located at 13 Kolawole Street, Ejigbo. The Police Public Relations Officer, Ngozi Braide, said it was the suspect’s wife that reported the matter to the Ejigbo Police Division. She said, “The suspect’s wife, Margeret, alleged that she kept her granddaughter who is 15 months old with her nanny and when she returned home, she noticed that the baby was crying. “On inspecting her body, she noticed blood stains at her private part. When she asked what happened, her seven-year-old daughter said it was her dad that did it. “The daughter also alleged that he had raped her on numerous occassions. The children were later taken to Isolo General Hospital where it was confirmed that they had indeed been disvirgined.” Source: http://piusehimare..com/2013/03/man-rapes-daughter-granddaughter.html#more |
