Alot of Nigerian now do seek asylum immediately they get to brazil right at the airport and get 1 year extended stay.... the country problems alone is enough to seek asylum anywhere... our Country shall be Great again... the process take about 2-5 days... i think asylum visa should also be added to brazils types of visa so they know those that want to leave via that route.... its well

Hello everyone,

Did you guys notice the change in the website design and Visa application/management process on the website?

I'm trying to track my application and can't follow the same process as before.

Any suggestions?

Do ur best get involve in tech, graphics design, Ui/UX, data entry, Google my Business, data analytics and many more... build ur niche before going and be earning ur money virtually. so when u get to brazil, u will just be mking ur money online in dollars which will make u afford alot of things with ease...

Or Do ur best to invest now in portugese and ensure u re able to communicate well before getting to brazil, with that, u will find it easier to secure a job.. my humble opinion ooooo..
dreaonit:
You guys are not talking about how to get job, hustle. If no work to do, money at hand will finish one day o

During the time i was in brazil, there was a major flood that happened in bahia or so, come and see as they were flying helicopters, Ambulances with all kind of rescue operations and i was like wow... immediately, they created a releaf centre where people started donating alot of things for those displaced.... I will say it again, Brazil dont blow their Trumpet, they dont brag, many outside see brazil as a ghetto but when u get there, u will keep asking urself if u dey day dream.... got my health Card within few hours... everything is working.... there are dark part too but mhen i give it to them... i will visit over and over and over again and even with family soon...

Sandy04:
I had Crisis after getting Vaccinated, and ambulance arrived in 30mints.
I lived in one of the best neighborhoods, expensive o, but worth it.
Alameda santos, paulista!
I called the apartment, and they called Ambulance .
It was so fast. Thumbs up Brazil.
Thank you Brazil.

Well said, i mere speach from a president can make or break the country not to now talk off delibrately not willing to make Nigeria be what it should be.... i agree with u sir. its well

HOKIM:
When I had problem in Brazil... I mailed the Nigerian embassy.... till now they still have not replied me.. and I don go 9 other countries since then... yet I have a Nigerian passport (which I don trowey) and they have an embassy in Brazillia.... Nigerian government are just downright Demons and Nigerian ambassadors are thevies ... and the only solution would be to burn that useless country to the ground... I dont think I will step my feet into that country again..atleast not in the next 40years

smile, she can actually do alot to get you that visa... they can as well do alot to get you denied... thats her work and you cant know more than her in such regards... the present delay in visa approval or denial is such a sorry one, at times alot depends on who is handling an affair of a particular office, if the head is nice and welcoming, everyone will sure feel it, same things goes to if the head is otherwise.... when visa get approved fast fast, it was dues to the person in charge of such process, so the same thing happening now, i guess its due to the change of personel or guess they have changed the person there before.... its well... Lets just keep praying for better days ahead.... Brazil Government dont always blow there thrumpet but when u visit Brazil u will sure be shocked at their huge and continuous progress.... may be those that have visited should start uploading pictures to show their huge and silent giant progress in all areas....

Iamajala:

Lol see her mouth like she will gladly grant you later, like say na she get authority to decide who to approve. Authority comes from Brazil, they can’t do nada here.

Very correct but you can fly until u renew it...

hi, it works fine. People have been issued visas longer than passport validity dates by UK.

If u are MD in the company, i am sure you have salary that comes into your account from the company account. so just use ur employment letter, letter of introduction from the company and 6 months statement of your personal account where the salary comes into and other documents to support ur application. You should be good to go...

Impeccable422:

Okay thank you so much. But how about i use my dad’s company statement of account in which i am a signatory to, i work in same company as the MD. Will the statement of account work for my application? I am applying with my husband and daughter as well. So will it work for our application?

Someone should please help answer this...

hostsleek:
@pj3400 and @all.

Is it compulsory for me to include my Bank statement in my wife's application since we are submitting it together? I already wrote a sponsor letter with a photocopy of my passport. We included her own bank statment already.

If u apply now and to say your travel date is next month or next 2 month, the embassy can approve ur visa next week or next 2 week or next 3 weeks and it will start counting from that date.. so if u are given 3 months or 1 year, u can then travel on the date u intended to travel, or even shift ur traveling forward or backward... once u have the visa, u can reschedule your traveling to suit ur plan as u wish... the date i choose to travel was not the actual date i later tarvelled... hope this answer ur question..

xxcheesexx:
Hello thank you.

i know the issue date is when the visa was issued. I am asking if the date that the visa was issued will correspond with the travel date you filled in your online application form.

OR

Will the issue date on the visa be the date that the visa was treated by the embassy??

Like for UK Visa, their issue date in the visa usually starts a week or a few days ahead of the travel date on the application form filled by the applicant.

U can put all that to use by doing a freelancing job, using freelancer.com, upwork.com etc to showcase ur skill and work remotely and earn in dollars... earning dollars there will even make ur stay worthwhile... having dollar card at hands made payment processes super easy for me while in Sao paulo... So u can look into that direction too..

i can tell u for free that there are jobs is brazil, which you can start on your own.. but i will advise people going there to take learning of portugese as a serious business, this will make a whole lot of things super easy for u, even getting a job too...

uchman:

This is the only japa thread on Nairaland that no one is talking about ways to make money in Brazil, are you sure there is job in Brazil or is there something I dont understand?

3 month is the most frequently given but since last 3 weeks now, 1 year started surfacing....

I don’t think they issue 3 months visa. It’s more like 1 year, but can’t stay more than 3 months.

apply as soon as u can, its even better when u are still at early stage.. so once u have your visa, you can plan on when to leave and then extendthe visa while u were over there.... its what you need to be prepared for monetarily....

Dbobobaby:
