Is better we should all forget this job so that we won't tie our hope down. They will start another recruitment afresh like sumone pointed out above my post. I think the voluntary teachers they are recruiting now is the ideal deal. Want thing I suspected is that. Those that applied for the voluntary teachers my be given the real appointment if the leg thick well well. A lot is going on underground. Nigeria na true true Nigeria where anytin is possible even though its not possible in other country. God help us all. |

I ask those ppl that knws about the Airtel gig whatever and they do as if they don't see my comment instead, they are sHaring dir phone number or email before they can share the tweak. Do sum ppl still collect money, call credit before they tell u what they know? Let me tell u this, all things can not be reveal to a single person all the time, it will be spread across. So if its ur turn to have that thing others don't have, take caution with d way u handle it because by the time it might be the turn of anoder person to have that thing, it might be what that will make u to survive and don't be anoid if u are put true a lot just to have that thing. Enjoy una Airtel free gig while it lasted. Na una time. If no be work that has collected many things from, I wuld have cut the rank of many of u. Good М̤̣̲̣̥̈̇ό̲̣̣̣̥я̲̣̣̥и̲̮̣̥̅̊ɪ̣̝̇и̲̮̣̥̅̊G̲̣̣̣̥ to u all. |

Is not about the contract aspect but one will grow in experince and one can actually plan his / her life than when nothing is not coming in at all. Many have a lot of dreams that won't take them long to achieve but no income to make them start. Am sure ur etisalat job will still be made permanent should u satisfy all odds. Congrat my dear. This job is an opening to many successful doors yet to be open in ur life. And they shall all be opened. Person we suffer must enjoy if we don't take our own hand do ourselves. I think those having rooting problems and unroot issues is down to individual. Many of u wish to download everytin downloadable and no mata how perfect u Av rooted ur phone, u can never download everytin u see. And I think update might also undo some of the settings on the phone. Anyway, till I av any issue on my rooted N3 but for now, I don't av any issue and it might be becos I don't experiment like I use to do before. |
My own opera mini D̶̲̥̅̊ε̲̣̣̣̥γ̲̣̣̥ download like mad. 20Mb can't take me 5 min to download. Bow that the phone is rooted, what kind of game can I now download and from where. B-nex, I downloaded some games on ur blog and some are forcing close. Any solution? |
Think B-nex shuld post is account number or inbox me. Adepojuadeneye@gmail.com. Pls have rooted my fone now but the way B-nex take explain am, sum ppl won't get it at all. This is how I did mine: I downloaded poot on my bb and send it to my N3 when I install, it requested for ministro II library from google play and I gave permision to update. After updating it, I went back to my Bluetooth folder and click on the poot to install again. With that, it started installing libraries of Qt. What I was unable to finish the installation wen already close to completion for close to four times. So I slept off and wake up around 3 and download again. This time around everytin was downloaded. And here come the two options. Press here to poot and built in root check. And I choose the poot. And here comes the error message: a demon materialized while pooting. Error code 22: su binary was not written. Did that twice but no changes so I deleted the ministro II. Went back to install poot again, install the libraries of Qt and later choose press here to poot and my fone freeze for like 10secs and went dead. I tot it wanted to restart but e no on ooooo. Na so I remove the ba3 and on it again. I run poot again and it brought the 2 options again whch is press here to poot and built in root check. And I click on poot. I waited for sum seconds and now brought 3 options. The first one is super user and I can't remember the others. I just click on the superuser and it takes me to play store and download it and place the icon on my fone desktop. But pls does that means my fone is rooted and if Ɣε̲̣̣̣̥s, what am I to do now? And how I can confirm if its truly rooted. Thanks. I hope the gurus reply me oooo cos they fail to reply to my previous inquiry. I wasted a lot of data downloading. Wasted like 560Mb and I pray this rooting tin really worth it oooo. |
Even if u root ur phone and partition the memory card, does that means that, the message that "phone is low on memory, pls delete some items" won't appear again?. And again, can sumone pls just tell me the diff btw rooted phone and unrooted phone and is the different to huge? Can all these 3D games be found on playstore or one need to look for that site that offer it? The only thing I enjoy most on my N3 is the ba3 and how bright the and sharp the pictures are compare to T3. |
Guy I never tell u say I wan buy N7 and that u shuld help me purchase one. Saying the price might help u look for a better place to this product at a lesser price. I deals with phone too but what I don't understand is why they are relatively cheap here in Ijebu ode. I was begging one dealer to sell T3 for me for 14500 around October before I was transfered. He said 15k last and when I ask him to bring it, e said he went to market. It pains me that I didn't get to but the phone and I left for where I was transfer to. On getting to ijebu ode, I enter one shop to ask for T3 but was shock wen I heard 13500. I paid immediately. Same tin to other fone like that too. Even all this case cover are relatively cheap here and I don't knw why. Can anyone explain why to me? |
if u av been given appointment, congratulations. If u haven't, ur own time will never pass u by. We all know Nigeria for what it is, so don't let things suprise us too much. If u don't have any oga at the top, and u are destine for the top, u will get their somehow or anyhow. When is time for u to be connected to d top, it will happen anyway and it will shock u to the bone. Go and watch tourch and u will understand and accept things in a better way. Prayer is good oooooo but I have to tell u this, is not the amount of prayer u do that will make u to get that thing u are really praying for. Whatever that will happen to u will happen at the right time and not because u pray and pray and pray. And again, one thing is to pray and another thing is to knw or be directed on what to ask for. Sum ppl don't pray too much before they have dir prayer answered. Many of us ask for the wrong tin while praying. Sumtin God knws that shuld he grant it at time, it might turn out to be a disaster for the seeker. Knw urself better, don't place ur hope on other peoples hope, do u best to help others and don't condemn urself becos of the way other ppl are being successful around u cos ur own time too is gonna come and will never pass u by. Good evening to u all. |
sammy4love: @Haba. Why why do u have to make it ur last? U don't have to pls. Are u now tired of helping ppl? Pls u don't av to abandoned us here. Thank u for changing ur mind. |

sammy4love: whatIf u have that kind of leg, am sure u won't be seen on nairaland. Like have said before, we shuldnt worry too much about ppl that are progressing by one means or the other, my ppl, its dir time and nothing can stop them. When urs comes too, other will reference u. Why will u want me to get worried about sumbody who just bought Toyota venzer, when I knw my own Time will come too when I will by sumtin more than that. I hardly get moved my tin or ppl success. I can only wish them the best so that ppl can wish me the best too when my own time comes, and if u don't wish me, then u won't be successful then. When we knw sum ppl av leg then why worried when they keep using dir leg effectively. No body can have my own money to his/her own or my destiny and if they try to, yeeeeeeee iku de. Na death be that. It is well |
Do they have another branch in mushin? Cos the address on my sister invitation for interview is mushin. Pls any response on dis? |
I don't knw why tecno products are fucking up dis day. They are suppose to improve on dir products and not degrading. I saw tecno D5 today with android version 4 but with no 3G for 13,400. And D3 is even more expensive than D5. I just pick N3 and gave out my T3 to my younger sister. Tecno phone are so cheap in ijebu ode compare to lagos and I don't knw why. Sum told me he bought N7 for 31k in lag while its just 27,700 in ijebu ode. I got my N3 for 12,500 today. Tecno shuld try and perfect dir phone very well so that they wont drop in value. Thanks. |
For Civil defense. I heard a lot of scrutiny is going on and hence, don't expect anytin for now till April God willing. Pls and pls, if u raise ur hope on some jobs, it might turn u into sumtin else. Should anybody comes here to give info, weder it favours u or not, pls just accept it in good faith and try decipher on that aspect that can improve u and leave the rest. Pls and pls, do not insult others because they relay a particular info to us all. We all can never remain jobless till eternity. God help us all abundantly. Peace. Masalam. |
It is sold for 27,700 in ijebu ode, ogun state. |
Good evening. Please is better to watch our mood and ways by which we react to things. Is it wrong for sum1 to inform others what he/she heard? Why do we have to over hype situation simply because our expectations are too high. Many of us wuld disappointed self when we eventually collect our employment letter in terms of the salary. Some will not even be selected at all so why make it do or die affair. God if this job is the choosen and the right one for me, then take control and if not then take it away. Want thing I knw is that, we can not all remain jobless for ever. Let's be patient and belif more on God. God bless us all. |
Culled. December 2013 is the projected timeline given by President Goodluck Jonathan for the delivery of the National Identity Management Systems (NIMS), which will harmonize all the data drawn from all ministries, department and agencies (MDAs) of government and, above all, manufacture a National Identification Number (NIN) for every Nigerian. The Chairman of the National Identity Management Commission (NIMC), Barrister Chris Onyemenam, in this interview with LEADERSHIP’s Joshua Uma, reflects on the journey so far, the challenges and achievements. Tell us about the Commission? The National Identity Management Commission (NIMC) Act 2007 provides for the establishment of the Commission, its functions and powers, the establishment of the National Identity Database, assignment and use of general multipurpose cards, the National Identification Number (NIN) and the harmonization and integrations of existing identity databases. In addition, the Act also provides the Commission with powers to make regulations connected with its functions. National Identity Management Commission Act 2007 includes the repeal of the Law that created the former Directorate of National Civic Registration (DNCR) and the transfer of its assets and liabilities to the NIMC. NIMC Act number 23 of 2007 also allows the NIMC to execute the following in line with the Commission’s objectives: to register persons covered by the Act; to assign a unique National Identification Number (NIN) to registered persons; to issue them with General Multipurpose Card (GMPC); to integrate the existing Identification Database in Nigeria. On September 28, 2011, the Federal Government approved the sum of N30.066bn for the implementation of the National Identity Management System (NIMS) and, one year after, the project has not taken off as many Nigerians have not been captured in the exercise or issued the National Identification Number or the General Multi-purpose Cards; what do you have to say on this? Indeed, yes. The enrolment exercise has since commenced with the landmark enrolment of Mr. Olushola Amurawaiye on February 23, 2012. Equipment for this purpose have been deployed in the seven pilot states of the federation, namely, Lagos, Bayelsa, Rivers, Bauchi, Kaduna, Enugu State and Federal Capital Territory (FCT) with full enrolment in the NIMC Corporate Headquarters, Central Bank premises, Presidential Villa. Our FCT Office located is on the third floor of the ITF (Industrial Training Fund) building in Maitama, Abuja. By end of November, about 10 enrolment materials will be delivered to each state of the federation. Given the December 2013 projected timeline to deliver on NIMS, what has been the achievement so far by the Commission? Quite a lot has happened; in fact, the Commission has recorded amazing progress and is indeed ready. Most importantly is that the back-end infrastructure, which is central to the delivery of the NIMS project, has been fully delivered and it is fully operational. Meanwhile, the components for the front-end which is managed under a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) initiative has reached advanced stages of deployment in over 20 states nationwide. How far has the Commission been able to harmonize and integrate the identity databases of government agencies? Well, over 14 MDAs already have their databases integrated. However, the integration mandate is an ongoing activity. For example, the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), which is on the board of National Identity Management Commission, is currently capturing and collecting data from motoring Nigerians and non-Nigerian citizens. Essentially these data will ultimately be handed over to NIMC for management. How will similar data being captured from other government agencies be integrated into or with NIMC? The National Identification Number will connect and integrate all the various databases of stakeholder agencies when fully deployed. In most cases, there will be no need for any further biometric data capture by the other agencies. Like in the previous times, do I need a physical card for identification? You can assert your identity with or without a physical card. However, a chip-based national identity card will be issued to you after the NIN has been generated. Depending on the level of identity assurance required for a particular transaction or instance, an individual’s identity will either be checked visually by comparing the picture on the identity card with the facials, or through entry of the NIN or biometric into the web-based facility, such that the prior stored information on the individual can be used to confirm his/her identity. A Match-on- card can also be used; this involves comparing live fingerprint with fingerprint on the card by the use of a Card Access Device. What process is in place for the issuance and distribution of ID cards? The Front-End Partners (FEPs) are responsible for personalization and issuance of the ID cards. However, to ensure rapid and efficient service delivery, third-party postal services, as necessary, would be utilized. It is expected that most cards will be collected at the enrolment centre by the owner because of challenges due to lack of proper addresses. The important thing though is that you can track your application through the third-party contact centres. The entire process involved in the exercise is labour and capital intensive, yet some of your workers were declared redundant, why was that? Some of the NIMC bloated workforce were declared redundant due to the federal government policy on the Civil Service Reform of 2006 that requested all civil servants to improve their educational qualifications. In line with this government directive, NIMC, after taking over both assets and liabilities of the defunct DNCR, inherited a bloated staff, mostly junior officer cadre strength that is too big to manage in an IT-driven commission. After carrying out a personnel audit in 2011, it was observed that only 500 workers had acquired additional qualifications and were all cleared and absorbed into the system. Also with the establishment of NIMC and the Governing Board, the Board approved a new structure that had room for only Nigerians with a minimum of first degree or HND as the entry qualification to the NIMC. Recently, the Commission sacked over 4,000 of its workers nationwide, and considering the importance of the project and the December 2013 timeline, how does the commission intend to get the personnel to man the state offices and the registration centres in the 774 LGAs? Basically, 2013 timeline is sacrosanct; we are all geared and focused on that dateline and, by the special grace of God Almighty, NIMC will deliver. On the necessary manpower, recall that the enrolment process shall be infinite, that is, there shall be no deadline of the enrolment exercise, like the previous exercise. However, the existing or remaining staff has been adequately trained to man all our operational locations pending the recruitment of capable hands into vacant positions nationwide, largely because our current staff strength will not be able to handle the magnitude of work on ground. Can you explain what stages and processes that are involved in the roll-out? Yes, there are basically three stages and processes involved in the roll-out are: proof of concept; pilot in six states of the federation for a period of time and live production. Finally, can you tell us where the locations for the pilot exercises are? Yes, the pilot locations are in the Federal Capital Territory, Bayelsa, Bauchi, Enugu, Kaduna, Lagos and Rivers states. |
The questions are objectives. Like me I was ask, the country hosting the next world cup, the athlete with the highest number of gold medals in a sinle Olympic, the chairman of NIMC, then a comprehension passage on NIMC whch they later ask questions on, former name given before NIMC came on board, etc. But I don't knw if this is the same thing with the 2nd batch. U all don't need to worry anyway. |
We started around 9.30. The first batch based on first come first serve. And its 50 questions for 50 minutes. I finished with 20min remaining even though I skip some questions that involve calculations. But some came in with a plain sheet and pencil for calculation. If u are good and knw what u doing, then u can finish all the questions and still av time left not like me who is not even average of being brilliant but I belif I will pass half mark. Read on NIMC. Like what is was formerly called, the chairman of NIMC, read on current affairs and sport, verbal and quantitative. Ire ooooo. |
Av been updating the wrong topic since. Anyway in ibadan, it wasn't based on the time on ur slip, is by sitting arrangement. And they first search us and ur luggages shuld u av any. Then u will proceed to registration where by they will ask u off ur sleep and ur valid ID card whch they will register on the computer. Ur image will be captured and ur right thumb 3 times. U will first off all refresh and then click on NIMC then u will see the space provided for ARN number as username and ur surname for password. Then u will click on start exam. Then u will see a question followed by the options and next when u are through with ur time ticking away. Afternoon to u all. God help me, God help u and us all. |

Am true oooooooo. I finished before time cos I skipped those I don't have time for. Verbal, quantitative, current affairs and logical reasoning. 50 minutes for 50 questions. If u are good, u can finish all in time. |
Am already inside the University of Ibadan. Pls signify if u are around now or later if ur own exam comes up by 9am also. Good luck to us all. |
Is ur centre at Ibadan, UI to be precise, and time 9am pls signify. So that we can discuss best way to go about it. Am leaving for Ibadan any moment from now cos I heard tomorow is environmental sanitation. So is better I go dir now so that it will be easier for me to move tomorow М̤̣̲̣̥̈̇ό̲̣̣̣̥я̲̣̣̥и̲̮̣̥̅̊ɪ̣̝̇и̲̮̣̥̅̊G̲̣̣̣̥. On the test format, am not going to read anytin so that I won't upset what I have in my brain already but all that we needed is belif and we are going to be experiment for those that will write after us. Av been receiving a lot of mail at work based on NIMC, I just pray they do all dir best to be fair if not for those of us near to Ibadan but for those coming from far places. I belif all is going to be well. We shall all be happy for it at last inshallah, in Jesus name. 08037763604. |
Good afternoon. Please if ur centre is UI, Ibadan are u are schedule to write ur exam by 23rd, 9am and u knw what u applied for, pls tell me. Want to knw if those that were schedule for the period are those that didn't complete the registration or that does not chose any post when they applied. Am good to go already. |
Dis is no passport displayed on my own sleep and in the message I got, am ask to come with a valid ID. And again, I didn't even complete the application then, I tried to upload my passport then and the page was refreshed with all that I filled gone so I just closed it. Anyway, my centre is in UI, Ibadan by 9am on the 23rd. I don't think am going to study anytin and am sure I won't go dir to fumble becos all I need is God Favour on me and on the centre at large and on the whole recruitment so that I can be counted among the chosen one if God says that's my job. If u need accomodation, then let me knw and dis offer is only for those that have not been to dis part of the country. I stayed in ijebu ode and ijebu ode is not for from ibadan. Thanks.
