I guess there was fuel scarcity in Aba why he was not turned to roasted barbecue. Just another day on the dark continent.
Politics › Re: NNPC Is Now 'northern Nigeria Petroleum Company' - Nigerians Slam Buhari by planetx: 1:13pm On Jul 05, 2016
I am laughing at you people talking about you can't wait for 2019. If you think the northern cabal surrounding Buhari will handover power in 2019 you people are in for a rude awakening.

You think they are going into overdrive to control all levers of power and security units in Nigeria without having a long term strategic goal? They will not make the GEJ mistake again, why Aba Kyari the chief of staff is now the unofficial prime minister and the one making a lot of this lopsided appointments. Osinbande or whatever he calls himself is now officially their errand boy.
Politics › Re: Profile Of Maikanti Kacalla Baru, NNPC GMD by planetx: 9:21pm On Jul 04, 2016
I doubt if the so called VP has any real power in this northern dominated government with all this lopsided appointments. Just another southern figurehead like Aikhomu in IBB regime and Diya in Abacha's regime, why did my Yoruba people help in installing this bloody bigot as president.
Politics › Re: Profile Of Maikanti Kacalla Baru, NNPC GMD by planetx: 8:59pm On Jul 04, 2016
If all this Northerners that this bigot keep appointing are so qualified and so honest how come the economy is in the toilet and the condition of the average Nigerian have worsened considerably over the last year? I don't even care anymore keep supporting this evil man like I said b4 the election that you will regret voting this man you zombies ain't seen nothing yet.
Politics › Re: Buhari Goes On 10Day Vacation To London To Rest, Get Treatment For Ear Infection by planetx: 10:21pm On Jun 05, 2016
I doubt if this president will finish his first term, the man should do long suffering Nigerians a favor and just resign. His health challenges is obviously affecting his performance and the nation at large.
Politics › Re: N300million Goes Missing From Saraki's Bedroom - Sahara Reporter by planetx: 6:20am On Jun 05, 2016
Most Nigerians are corrupt and would do worse than their thieving politicians if given the chance.

$14,000, £9,500 is nothing to so may people living abroad but when you converted it with our current
exchange rate, the money became so large.

Nigeria economy is going down the drain on a daily basis embarassed

Baba God, please intervene.

Jobs/Vacancies › Re: 338,227 Shortlisted For 10,000 Police Jobs by planetx: 5:02pm On Jun 02, 2016
With the high rate of unemployment in the country and the general level of insecurity, I don't see any reason why instead of 10,000 police officers being recruited why not 100,000. Then you kill two birds with one stone, 10,000 will not make a dent in this unemployment crisis.
Politics › Re: 50 Nigerian Soldiers Drowned In Bayelsa Creeks, Not 3 — N’delta Avengers by planetx: 4:55pm On Jun 01, 2016
People that are saying the Navy should have been sent do not know the nature of warfare, this is guerrilla warfare albeit mainly on water but also on land. America will not even send the Navy to fight this kind of war talk less of Nigeria, maybe special forces but it's still an infantry man fight not Navy except it's naval special forces. What does rank and file Nigerian navy know about warfare except fighting Mobile policemen.
Politics › Re: Fulani Herdsmen Invade Igbongun, Benue, Kill 15 by planetx: 4:02pm On Jun 01, 2016
If this Benue people are too cowardly to defend their land and lives, they should stop disturbing us with this everyday lamentations. If they are still appealing to the FG after all this year's of killings then something must be wrong with their mindset.
Business › Re: Why Can't A Country Just Keep Printing Money And Become Rich by planetx: 3:55pm On Jun 01, 2016
sukkot:
its a good question. you can do it if you are a country that is not linked to any other countries in the world and you have everything you need. like if you found a colony in mars and took all your people there you can print all the money you need to stimulate people to be more productive and to utilize under-utilized resources such as un-used lands. however in a global economy where everybody is linked up in commerce then you will be cheating other countries if you are just printing anyhow because you can print enough to buy everything in another country - so that is OJORO. so when global economies are linked you have to monitor every country so that they dont print more than they should. each country is capped at how much they can print. this is why all the central banks of the world are ran by the rothschilds. they are the ones who put cap on countries as to how much they can print
Did you read this trash on some conspiracy theories website?
Politics › Re: Soldier At Lagos-Ore Breaks Side Mirror Those Violating Vehicles To Clear Holdup by planetx: 1:23am On May 30, 2016
mesoprogress:
Breaking side mirrors, a critical safety equipment is totally wrong and silly. That many people on this forum support this medieval act is a testimonial of how backward we are in Nigeria.
Nigerians are a totally useless bunch, why I don't pity the hell they are going through. What that soldier did can only happen in a totally failed society, breaking peoples side mirrors because they drove on the wrong side of the road? Were I live that soldier would have gotten a bullet to the head for even pulling a stunt like this.
Foreign Affairs › Re: Obama's Home After White House by planetx: 8:20pm On May 27, 2016
And Nigerians will be touting the simplicity of America's presidents when in fact the quickest way to be a multi millionaire is to be an ex US President from the 300,000$ per speaking engagements and all kind of money from being a lobbyist. Obama is set for life just like Clinton and Bush etc.
Travel › Re: British Airways Considering Leaving Nigeria!! by planetx: 7:30pm On May 27, 2016
By the time all the airlines pulled out from Nigeria, the only method of transportation into and out of Nigeria will be like the one month ship vogage my parents took from Lagos to London in the late 60's. Sai baba
Food › Re: Mum Brought Tin Tomatoes From England by planetx: 8:55pm On May 26, 2016
mamaaustin:
OK....your mum to the UK and back. I think the cheapest one way ticket is roughly #200,000.

So she spent #400,000 on the trip and brought back a box of tin tomatoes because it was 3 for £1, because tomatoes are expensive in Nigeria........

This is great financial management in action!
I don't think the OP ever said his mother flew all the way to London just to buy tin tomatoes, or don't you buy stuff when you travel and you are coming back.
Politics › Re: Fayose Bans Cattle Grazing In Ekiti, Says; “cattle Farmers Must Own Ranch by planetx: 5:04pm On May 23, 2016
The best news I have read on NL so far this year, how can a bunch of illiterate cattle herders hold us to ransom in this time and age, when there are millions of AK 47 floating around in the black market. This is getting embarrasing, I want to open NL tomorrow and see any bloody Fulani that flout this order from the governor of my mother's state head brought on a platter to the government house. Enough is enough.
Business › Re: Economy Finally In Recession! by planetx: 11:56am On May 23, 2016
Unless this country is restructured politically we will keep going around in circles. All I hear is people talking of 2019 and voting in a new president, when are you people going to get it. The problem with Nigeria is not about who is the president or what political party is in power, the foundation of the country is faulty and defective. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing and expecting a different result, I will not be surprised if this government is sacked by the military, even though people think coups are out of fashion .
Crime › Re: Policewoman Kills Danfo Driver In Lagos; Area Boys On Rampage (graphic Pics) by planetx: 11:05am On May 23, 2016
A man that is probably just unconscious have been declared dead already by the bystanders. Country with zero emergency medical response, life is short nasty and brutish. Look at the dirty environment, Africa is just a cursed continent and Nigeria is hell on earth.
Properties › Re: Abuja Man Selling His House For N1.6trillion (photo) by planetx: 11:27pm On May 22, 2016
I think it was a typo, they probably meant 1.6 billion. The most expensive private house in the world is not even worth that much, that is about $5 billion.
Politics › Re: Francis Adigun, Soldier Killed During Chibok Girls Rescue(pic by planetx: 12:13pm On May 22, 2016
You have to be silly to die for this country called Nigeria, anything that will shatter this British contraption to a thousand pieces is OK with me.
Food › Re: 5 Nigerian Stews, Sauces You Can Make Without Tomatoes by planetx: 9:58pm On May 21, 2016
What is it with all this useless threads, the least that your country can do for you is to be able to afford ordinary fvcking tomatoes to cook stew, that is not asking for too much. But trust Nigerians with their suffering and smiling will now start to be creating silly threads like alternatives to fvcking tomatoes. When are you ever going to have the backbone to stand up for once, your useless government cannot provide the most basic things for you, now you can't even freaking eat and you are joyfully creating silly threads about alternatives to tomatoes? What a people.
Science/Technology › Re: Manatee Caught By Fishermen At Obuamu River In Rivers State (Photos) by planetx: 11:08pm On May 19, 2016
Too much hunger in this land so I can't really blame people that butcher all kinds of wildlife for food. In the US you will see full grown deers{bush meat} walking around in broad daylight without being killed. Let them try that in Naija lol.
Politics › Re: Buhari Fires Abeshi, Appoints Babandede As Acting Immigration Boss by planetx: 6:38pm On May 19, 2016
I pity the dumb Southerners that are always defending this bigot of a president and his extremely lopsided appointments in favor of one section of the country over the others. We called him out b4 the election and after has a bigot pursuing a northern agenda but we were shouted down. You clowns have not seen anything yet by the time the next phase of the agenda kicks in it will become glaring even to the blind, but sorry to inform you people it will be to late to reverse course.
Crime › Re: 2 Nigerians Caught With Cocaine At Cambodia (photos) by planetx: 6:17pm On May 19, 2016
Cambodia is a death penalty country for drug trafficking, so adieu to this two clowns who willingly walk into the jaws of death. Not surprised the hardworking tribe doing what it knows best how to do.

I thank God for bringing this president at this time so he can hasten the disintegration of this failed useless entity called Nigeria. Yorubas need to get the hell out of this satanic union with this son's of Satan and whoever want to continue with one Nigeria I say goodluck to you. The militants should blow up all the pipelines and cripple this failed state already, let everybody go their separate ways, this shit.hole will never work. It will only keep consuming blood like it's being doing since independence.
Politics › Re: Fulani Herdsmen Kill Seven In Benue Community, Tse Atue by planetx: 9:59pm On May 16, 2016
What is it going to take for this Benue people to mobilize themselves and fight back against this genocidal campaign being waged against them, is there no more young men in the whole goddam state? This is getting embarrassing, if they like let them keep waiting for the useless FG to come and protect them. This are human beings Nigerian citizens, how can they be allowed to be slaughtered like this year in year out without even their own elites acting concerned. To hell with this useless godforsaken country, this is not a country where human lives has less value than animals.
Politics › Re: Soldier Edobor Celebrates His Birthday At The Battlefield by planetx: 6:43pm On May 16, 2016
Bollinger:
You'd know that the Nigerian military needs serious training. It's a wonder these guys can perform with the standards they have to deal with. You don't stick the barrel/muzzle of your weapon in dirt if it can be avoided. That is a sure way of getting the weapon to jam up on you at the wrong time.
Look closer you will see that the muzzle is above ground and it's the bayonet affixed to the gun that was stuck in the dirt.
Politics › Re: Niger-Delta Avengers Threaten Atiku, Danjuma, Lukman, Other Oil Bloc Owners by planetx: 3:21pm On May 12, 2016
We all know how this movie is going to end, when the leaders of the current group of agitators are compromised and corrupted like all the leaders of the past group of agitators. I only pity the naive people cheering on this scavengers that are at the end of the day have a price like almost everyone else in this our fantasically corrupt nation.

Instead of throwing around figures of oil blocks worth hundreds of billions that they pulled out of their a.ss, when Nigeria itself have not earned 500 billion $ from its oil since independence. They should include their fantastically corrupt S/S governors in the list, since they are some of the richest Nigerians.
