Abia have standard and competent secondary schools that attract even students from other states.
Abia and South East leading in WAEC is not a shocker to me, Anambra Govt. Secondary Schools are arguably the best in Nigeria, I have visited some of these schools.

I came across a media shocker few weeks ago, maybe it was a shocker to me because I had an on-the-spot assessment or because I truly knew what happened as to what the media reported. I need to say that our media has lost focus entirely; the days of investigative journalism are almost forgotten. Journalists take stories and report hook, line and sinker without cross-checking facts. Facts are sacred and they must be sought out since they do not appear on the surface, you dig them out.
The shocker was “South East Leads Again in WASSCE Exams” and most ridiculously Abia state was leading the chart. I gasped for seconds when I saw the news but quickly recovered myself.
Brief History
I was posted to Abia state and reported to duty on the hills of Umunna Bende around Ohafia LG, camp opened on August 5, 2014, after the usual rigor, we were posted out to our PPAs. I was posted to a secondary school in Umuahia north; Umuahia north housed the state house, assembly complex and the capital itself, Umuahia north was supposed to be the best part of Abia. I resumed teaching after the Ebola break from the Federal Government was over. I was supposed to take Economics. Quickly for fact checkers, Umuahia north has schools like Ibeku High school, Government Gollege Umuahia, Holy Rosary Secondary school, Williams Memorial Secondary school, among others. I taught Economics in One of these schools. When I resumed and the Dean of studies saw my grade and school, he said I was going to take SS2 and SS3 Economics. I asked if there was no Economics teacher in the school. He smiled and said there is but I would take the two classes. When I met the supposed Economics teacher and we talked for a while I understood why the man smiled. He was better off as Home economics teacher.
Fast forward to teaching my students Economics, I saw exceptionally dumb students with pride in SS3, I had to routinely take the ones in SS2 some maths topics before I introduced some concepts in Economics to them. The same students had the highest credits in WASSCE with Mathematics and English. These was the same time that T.A Orji (Most Useless Governor apart from Fayose) was owing teachers salary for months and arrears for years, I was shocked because I saw the teachers come to school a times once or twice a week since they were being owed salaries, so they had to do other jobs, so who taught these students to such outstanding performance in WASSCE? How can teachers not be adequately trained and taken care of, and their students come out in flying colours. I am beginning to think if this is what obtains in Abia and they still come out tops, then the same exists in other South Eastern states. I was around when the NECO and WAEC exams were taken, I was surprised. From Principal to Vice principal to school gatemen; they were partners in exam malpractice. I saw bogus arrangement of exam malpractice I hadn’t seen before in my life. The students begged me to come on the day they had Economics but I declined. I asked a serious student about what obtained on that day, it was super malpractice. I was in school on days they offered subjects like Maths, English and Physics and I tell you it was horrendous. Those guys are shameless. It was pathetic. I saw the VP (Academics) giving expo to his daughters that were writing the exams. If I decide to write down the length and breadth of exam malpractice I saw on that day. I would bore you.
Whenever I teach the SS3 students and I ask a question, they would reply in Igbo until I shut them up and tell them to speak in English, and these are the same guys that had credits in English language. I dey laff.
They would gladly tell you that they can’t wait to get done with school and go into business (with the exception of a few who were serious, say 30 percent). They love cutting grasses that staying in classes, they would gladly jump out to play football matches when they are supposed to be in class. They lacked content, no functional laboratories, the libraries are non existent, the teachers more concerned with their business outside and holding staff meetings where they talk about farm lands allotted to them and how another teacher was stealing their crop. At a point I stopped attending the meetings. I had an encounter with a Professor at ABSU (Abia State University), which is the best University in Abia, this man can’t stand me if we were to meet at a paper presentation. You are supposed to meet Professors and see a repository of knowledge, an avalanche of information, but it was the opposite. In fact check out the ranking of ABSU in Nigeria’s University index. You will laff. When I visited MOUAU, it wasn’t different. The students were not better than my SS3 students. If South west should be worried, then South east is doomed. Education reflects, it shows, it is tenable in what you do and how you do what you do. How can you claim to always have the highest number of credits in the country when those credits translate to producing fake Aba shoes or a disjointed opinion of reality. I remember speaking to a lecturer at ABSU about why Buhari has my support before the elections took place, he said Buffon Goodluck Jonathan was the best man. I asked why and told him to state one thing that he has enjoyed from GEJ, after he bowed his head he said well although he hasn’t gained anything from GEJ but Buhari has an Islamist Agenda and he is not suitable for the job. Look at that line of thought. Shallow, myopic and that was the norm there I tell you. Sentiments, not Superior arguments. Most of my Corp mates were handling subjects as Physics, Maths, Chem, Biology because they virtually had no qualified teacher in this subjects and yet they had credits. I dey laff.
Education is supposed to be a means to an end, how can you tell us you won a match when the referee was your team coach, stop deceiving yourselves with high credits that do not transmit to University achievement. Anybody can cross check these facts; I challenge the media, WAEC (Nigeria) and concerned bodies on vetting these claims. I just had to do these to straighten the records. If I hadn’t served in Abia, I would have believed these lies too. Abia state and South east should do some home checking, deceit would only injure their generation in the long run.
I typed this quite fast, so some errors might be inherent. Pls ignore.
Cheers. Playdude.

Career / Where Is He Getting It Wrong by playdude(m): 3:43pm On Feb 01, 2016
Good day people. It happened that I finished my NYSC July last year. I already had a job waiting for me; in fact I was already with the organization as at June 2015. For the records, even if I don’t know all things, I know myself. I am smart, intelligent, focused and hardworking. I came out with a 2.1 in Economics in a public university although most of my peeps thought I was going to make a first class.
I was working with a music agency (yeah cos I resigned December 2015), and that was the agency that offered me a job even while I was still serving. I was making close to 70k while I was still with the organization. My musical history quickly; I can play 5 musical instruments including the piano, been playing the piano for almost a decade now, and yeah I had my silver jubilee last year. If you are into music, you know that is no mean feat. I am musically gifted in short.
I resigned cos I wanted to venture into the finance/accounting sector, I love music but I want to be a financial guru, I love economics, calculations, raking my head for solutions whereas in music imagination and talent is often used.
I started submitting applications after pimping my CV this January, I haven’t even gotten called up once since the beginning of the year, I can’t imagine not getting a test invitation not to talk of an interview. I know I am a master at scaling interviews. I can super research the life out of the dead, I have had two interviews; the first was with the music agency, while the second was stalled cos my expected salary was too high for them. I know I am trainable and teachable. I have the ability to learn things super fast. I am IT proficient, have joined Linkedln, been applying to jobs every day since January this year, and not one single call up except those scammers. I have to admit, I have no experience at all in any finance/accounting oriented firm and most firms in Nigeria are experience crazy but I cant phantom the thought of not even getting called up for a test after submitting roughly 15 applications in January alone. I am still making close to 30 k per month cos I play for churches on Sundays but I am mad at myself and its almost beginning to get at my self confidence. How on earth can I get a finance/accounting related job that requires fresh trainable brains in Nigeria as soon as possible? Performance is not the problem cos I know I am an achiever and a goal getter but I seem to be losing it on this one. I imagined that I should have gotten a job by this month, but not even a test invite/interview. I can’t comprehend how those who have been unemployed for years live seriously. I need a job guys. I am eager to prove my mettle, make a name for myself and deliver excellence on the job I can get. Where did I go wrong and something tells me that there is someone out there looking for my kind of personality that can get me a job in any of the sector I listed. Please advise this dude or help if you can in the spirit of the new month. Thanks for taking your time to read. Cheers. Email; akine4ever@yahoo.com

Politics / The Tri And The Angle. by playdude(m): 12:36am On Aug 25, 2015
I don't really get impulsed to write on pressing issues, but when I get the conviction to write, I make sure it's to a great and worthy cause.
There are sets of people who evolve out of the society to redefine standards and paradigms in the society, they raise the bars and pinnacle of success, adjusting them to a higher clime which surpasses initial apex beliefs.
It is to this category that I can classify Babatunde Raji Fashola, a man who redefined the face of governance in Nigeria, his dissection of issues, political ideology, revolutionary ideas, excellent delivery of public service and commitment to purpose distinguished him in his own realm.
You could see a man that was burning on the inside, full of ideas, clinical in response and like a footballer who plays like a god, he left us in awe since we hadn't seen governance as good as this in a while.
His gut was extraordinary, his style and level of service delivery registered in the minds of South Westerners as what AC(N) stood for. He inspired some of us, he made us believe in the Nigerian dream once again, he was burning with ideas for Lagos and the worst he could be was a classic performer. Let me stop here.
In this past days, Tinubu has been throwing darts at Fashola by proxy through Ambode or (Dumbode). I find this scary that Tinubu would do this to a man of Fashola's calibre. If he remembers what GEJ did to Amaechi, and where it has landed GEJ today, he would rethink.
First, Dumbode should know that if Tinubu can do this to Fashola, then he can do it to him and anybody particularly. Tinubu is pained that Fashola is enjoying a level of goodwill almost surpassing his, he isn't happy Fashola is growing in space within the APC forest, he hates that, and he wants it all brought down but he's gaffed this time.
I wonder if one day Tinubu wouldn't do this to his wife or anybody within his close circle, for him, the end is good if it ends his way.Funny.
I say funny because it is difficult to smear the developmental strides we saw on the streets of Lagos with some cooked up figures, it was seen by all, felt by all and experienced by all. Even Nigerians in the diaspora heard about it, you can't wipe the memories of excellent service delivery like never before with some haphazard waggy campaigns against a man of Fashola's calibre. The weight of these games aren't enough to erode what our eyes saw compared with what was obtainable even during Tinubu's era.
My biggest fear is the path Lagos seems to be going, Dumbode is officially Tinubu's stooge and this is why Tinubu always had issues with Fashola.
I remember Fashola polling about a million votes as against Dosunmu's 200,000 or so in the 2011 elections, Dumbode will struggle to lose the way he is going. He doesn't even understand the game of politics..
To Fashola, some have said go dirty, I say don't go dirty, they want to bring you down since you are way above them, they throw mud at you because they want you to get dirty, it's a game, they are calling you in, a subtle bait, don't fall for it I say. We stand by you Sir and we know what you truly represent.
To PMB, I say be wary of Tinubu, we stand by Fashola, but Sir if you must pick anyone else outside Fashola for the Lagos ministerial slot, let it not be a stooge at Tinubu's feet. Dogara, Saraki comes to mind.
The general lesson for all, when a man cheats with you, one day he will cheat on you.

A man wants his woman to work and provide money too and yet expect her to get back home to do chores while he sits and lazy around in the name of watching tv.

Politics / I'l Maim Infidels Over And Over Again If I Can- Extradited Nyanya Bomb Suspect. by playdude(m): 6:37pm On Jul 21, 2014
Nyanya bomb blast suspect who was recently extradited from Sudan, has began with stunning confessions at State Security Service (SSS) Headquarters in Abuja. Contrary to the expectation
that Ogwuche will be sober as a result of his ordeal and probably ask for forgiveness. He is allegedly defiant and vowing to continue with what he termed as spiritual revolution at the least opportunity. The suspected terrorist, who was wearing trousers and long sleeve with blue colour stripes, said in fluent English language that he has no regrets for his dastardly act in the April
14, 2014 bomb blast that killed over 70 people and injured about 120 others at Nyanya area of Abuja. "I don't deny that I am the executioner of the Nyanya bomb incident. I did it in order to draw government's attention to our demands. We want our detained colleagues released and compensation paid to those of our colleagues who were killed by the federal troops during operations. We want Islamic rule in the whole of northern Nigeria. Western education is a sin against Allah. It's time for dialogue between government and Boko Haram leaders for the way out of the deadlock," he was quoted as saying. Ogwuche was immediately taken into custody
from the special flight which touched down at Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport at about 3 pm on Tuesday July 15, 2014. The flight arrived from Khartoum, Sudan, to hand the returnee fugitive over to Nigeria Security Forces for interrogation. On hand to receive him at the Presidential wing of the airport were spokepersons of the police, ACP Frank Mba, Department of State Services, Marilyn Ogar, Major General Chris Olukolade of the Army and coordinator, National Information Centre, Mike Omeri. National Daily sources said Ogwuche had camouflaged as a student of Arabic language at the International University of Africa, Sudan, before eagle eyed security operatives uncovered and arrested him. He was extradited after nearly three months of intensed diplomatic and security engagement between the federal government and the Sudanese counterpart. National Daily learned that stringent efforts were being made to extradite other fugitive suspected terrorists from Sudan and other African countries. "This is a great break through for the security forces especially the International Police (Interpol). The department of state services in Nigeria collaborated with the Nigerian police to achieve this feat. They got the Interpol to be involved in the intelligence and strategic planning which resulted in the arrest of Aminu Ogwuche. So, Ogwuche is right now with the State Security Services who are closely working with the police," said an informed security source, adding: "His preliminary interrogation has began. We know it is the duty of the police to prosecute but we are talking about national security here. So far, Ogwuche is facing preliminary interrogation by a team comprised of SSS officials and the police. I can tell you that he was first detained at Abuja Interpol office before he was moved to an undisclosed DSS detention centre in Abuja. He is expected to be handed over to the Police for prosecution. "The government must do something now or the bombing will continue. There is no regretting anything because we are fighting a just cause to liberate our people from western education and religion," the light complexioned and gaunt looking suspected terrorist said. Ogwuche vowed not to forgive the federal government for waging war against Islamic fundamentalists in the country saying that Boko Haram highest echelon is prepared to contain government determined onslaught against terrorists. "Federal government has been trying without success to wipe out Boko Haram. They killed our leader, Muhammed Yusuf and hundreds of others yet we still exist. We are a force to be recognized. You ignore us at your own peril. We are particularly pained by the killing of hundreds of our members across the forest in northern part of the country. Although we equally killed federal troops, we will never forgive the federal government for the incessant killings. We are well armed to fight back and we will never surrender". Boko Haram is well funded and highly equipped organization with capacity to take over the whole country if it so desires," Ogwuche ranted. The Nyanya bomb blast mastermind boasted that he is still lusting to shed more blood of those he described as "infidels." "If I am left alone, I will still kill those infidels who have refused to repent of their sins against Allah. This is my mission on earth. My mission is to wipe out infidels from the face of the earth. You call me bomb detonator, and I love that. I am ready to kill again. In fact, I enjoy killing people who are unbelievers; those deceived by western education and disobedient to Allah and his holy Koran. I don't care what will happen to me now because if I die, I shall go to heaven for doing god's work. I won't beg anybody for forgiveness but I can assure you that my so called trial will not be an easy exercise. If I like, I plead not guilty in court to make things difficult for the federal government but inside my mind, I know I did the damn thing. It is my word against federal government evidence. I know a little bit about the intricacies of the law through the study of several law books. Nobody can push me around because I am not a fool," said Ogwuche who was born in the United Kingdom. The captured fugitive terrorist who regaled his interrogators with gory tale of his exploits in the world of violence said he and hundreds
of Boko Haram members were trained in Somalia and Pakistan in the science of terrorism. "I don't deny that we have links with foreign terrorist groups. We have many friends as well as may enemies. It doesn't matter if I am killed others will continue the struggle. There are millions of Boko Haram members in Nigeria and overseas. Was our great leader Mohammed Yusuf not killed, did his death lead to the end of the Boko Haram? We are determined to start a big jihad across the nation, first, wait and see. Our is something like spiritual revolution. When they
arrested Kabiru Sokoto, they celebrated as if Boko Haram is all about Kabiru Sokoto. That is
how they celebrated the death of Yusuf Mohammed. They will keep celebrating individuals while million agents of Boko Haram operate," Ogwuche said

Acidosis:

Any Pastor that agree to join the man and the woman under 'this condition' is not a Pastor but a hungry tout who called himself into Ministry for personal gains..

The cancelled event can't be re-arranged/re-scheduled if both party seek the face of God.. (Repentance)

..also any Judge that wish to preside over the matter can as well join them in a customary court, not a Church..

Church nor be beer parlour, oga.

Well I really do not blame you.. The new generation Pastors have turned the bible up-side and down.. Nowadays, I wonder where they get their messages.. I keep wondering if they are still preaching the same word Paul, and all the Apostles died for...

May God save us all..
Seriously speaking, i need to follow you. You just made my day. Marriage ain't for kids, if you cannot abstain fron premarital sex before marriage, you are highly indisciplined. Simple. Any pastor that joins them is pushing them to hell fire with himself.
Bastards disgracing Christ. God will soon judge and visit them all.
