BATified2023: ok
So how does comparing ruto to peter obi relate? The OP being an Obidient is afraid that Obi will not win because he does not have the necessary backings and party structures.I made him to understand that people like Ruto,Emmanuel Macron didn't have any special backings and party structures but won the elections in landslides. They all won under new parties they formed months to the elections. |

BATified2023: that is ruto profile n to show u he’s part n parcel of d system That's not the argument, the point is Ruto didn't have the support of President Kenyatta.Instead, the President supported Relia Odinga |

lawalosky: That where the issues is, do you know that those people at the local area you preach Obi for, already has a strong structure with APC or PDP!
Many of them who are willing to vote will not remember labour party logo on election day self You are getting it wrong bro,the locals would only stick to PDP/APC if they are benefiting from them.Remembering not to vote LP means they actually never had it in mind to vote LP in first place.Again, our locals are enlightened when it comes to such matters o, you would be shock to know that most of them even know far back them some of the parties that have been in existence since the days of Abiola. |

BATified2023: ruto was one the Vice President with backing of the president n men
Ruto can b likened to osinbajo provided tinubu n buhari support him
U people just talk thrash at will
Macron had d support of d big wigs Which Ruto had the backing of kayatta?Emmanuel had the support of big wigs? You know nothing about international politics, just stick to your Southwest kind of politics. |

lawalosky: No, when Obi was told to go liaise with them and probably hit serious deal with them, Obi said structure doesn't matter, forgetting that 88% of real voters are not using Twitter...
The reality is even if this local people knows obi today due to everngilism , they will not vote for him on election day....
Obi will only take good number of youths (5%) of them that has PVC and ready to vote from PDP Bro don't be a coward, don't loss the battle when the fight hasn't started. Nigerians have suffered too much in the hands of APC and PDP.We want to take back our Country from this corrupt elements. The structure you are talking about actually belongs to the people. Those locals you mentioned don't even need to be told of the hardship and suffering APC has brought to them. They are not stupid to be easily led to vote a particular candidate because a politician told them to do so. We will not backdown,we will keep preaching the possibility for a new Nigeria, for the benefit of all and our future generations to come.We will all go out and vote on that day of the election. |

That was what was said of then young, black Obama when he began his presidential campaign in 2006 in America. That was also what was said of Emmanuel macron when he began his in France. Same with Ruto (Kenya), even weah (Liberia). There's something called "upset" in elections. |
Politics › Re: With What Is Happening Now, I Think Gov. Soludo Was Right! by Plus10(m): 9:45pm On Jan 04, 2023 |
lawalosky: Yes, I said so, labour party will only end up, making PDP to loose 2023 election,
What labour party needs is a massive collapsing of other political vStructure...
Even with Nnpp, I don't see labour party coasting for any victory this 2023. What did you see that is happening now ?Have the elections come and gone or has INEC declared APC winner ?Relax Obi is waxing stronger by the day! |

axponline: Yes oh. And by not scoring well in the high population states like Kano & Katsina, it becomes very difficult to see how he can get the highest number of votes.
When I see posts that say Peter Obi will win hands down, I scratch my head and wonder how it will happen. Unlike 2015 and 2019 elections, the 3ks states will be shared by apc, pdp, nnpp and partly LP.Don't expect any block votes from those states. |
Politics › Re: Analysis.. Why Peter Obi Cannot Win The Election by Plus10(m): 3:32pm On Jan 04, 2023 |
dustmalik: It will never go to re-run. The two major candidates will attain the necessary spread. Obi will not This is not geographical spread only, INEC consider the candidate with the highest number of votes, and the candidate with geographical spread. These are the two candidates that are qualify for a rerun. |
Politics › Re: Analysis.. Why Peter Obi Cannot Win The Election by Plus10(m): 3:22pm On Jan 04, 2023 |
Apart from geographical spread, the winner must also secure the highest numbers of vote. Both conditions must be fulfilled. |
