MiaB: You're shallow That's a predictable response from your kind. You peeps are in an unending search for happiness and self fulfilment. It is shallow to think you'll find that in a lesbian relationship. Shallow mind meets shallow mind. It's even more laughable to see you pretend to have finally "found it". |

The Platform is currently airing, with the theme: "Redesigning new ideas for the Nigerian Economy"
Professor Soludo delivering his talk at the moment after Dr. Gupta and Bismarck Rewane.
So far, I have enjoyed Rewane's talk.
Can we barely our thoughts on the sessions as they come? It shouldn't all be about the irrelevancies. |

successmatters: The other day, we met these northern truck drivers stranded on the road and swearing curses on Buharri
They had to go to Onitsha and buy new spring and parts for their trucks before proceeding to Asaba. By then their perishable goods were all spoilt.
All of us go get sense in this country Las Las. So it's SOLELY Buhari's fault that this road is in this state? Is Government no longer a continuum, where each regime does its own part, for another to continue? Abi you'll claim that road suddenly came to that terrible state suddenly? Oyo-Ogbomoso expressway that should have been completed in OBJ's tenure is just being gradually done now. But people like you will prefer to play nonsense politics with serious issues giving people nightmares. We do get the government we deserve! |

alezzy13: Like farmcrowdy and all?
Don't know why but I'm still skeptical No, not farmcrowdy thingy. Buying a portion in a 200 acre farming estate. You'll own the farmland for life and your offsprings can inherit it too. If you go further to farm on it, you can grow it in the short, medium and long term. With good management, you're set for life. The good thing is that these farm lands come cheap, 150-250k per acre (6 plots) plus all legal documentation. With an additional 300-400k, you can commence large scale farming on it, enjoying the leverage reduced costs from large scale co-farming. I have a friend's client relocating abroad who was goin to sell palm plantations at 6 billion Naira (no kidding), cos he's relocating abroad. The agro real-estate is a good investment path, if you're not in a hurry to recoup money invested. |
