Hello house, I got ADR and I would like to include a letter of explanation. I can only find placeholders to upload the documents they requested. Should I attach LoE to each document I upload? Or how can I add the LoE?
Also, I was asked to provide bank statements showing salary deposits. I plan to only print statements on days when the salary was paid. Is this ok? Otherwise the full statement covering the salary periods requested would be more than 100 pages.
Thanks |

Eraytee: This is not necessary, go through the PPR stories of people recently and even of old, pink copy is more than enough. Alright, thanks guys for your response. Fingers crossed! |

victorychapel: All the pages including finger prints Thanks for your response. I uploaded only the pink one because I saw it somewhere here that it was sufficient. I really hope it’s fine. |

Hello House,
When uploading the Nigeria Police Certificate, do you upload only the pink page or all the pages with finger prints etc....
Someone just shared that an application got rejected because they provided incomplete police certificate |

Eraytee: Ok good, what about you just submit your overseas account for POF, if they ask about the lump sum then include the naija acc to explain it, good thing is that the money had been in your overseas acc for more than 3 months. You are good to go. They might not ask you for explanation if you submit 6 months SOA, and if they do just follow the backup plan. Thank you so much @Eraytee. You have been very resourceful. Cheers! |

Eraytee: My concern is the lump sum, you are suppose to explain the lump sum because am sure they’ll ask. If you definitely have a way to it now then I think you should put it forward before they ask you for explanation. Hmmm yes you are right! So here is the history of the funds - money paid into NGN account then I transferred to FX account overseas. As POF, I plan to submit overseas account statement in that last 6 months and NGN account statement showing how the money moved to overseas account. What about if I explain this is savings transferred from my NGN account to overseas account? |

Eraytee: This is a dire situation though, IMO it might raise some eyebrows because the primary aim of that money is not for your immigration process but study purpose, a curious VO might reject this fund as it’s for a different purpose primarily. Others should weigh in their opinions. Yes it is really! I’ve been confused too. But I have other sources of income here and there so I don’t even have to spend it for another 6 months or so. I’m counting on the VO to ask me to show this money is available after submitting my application. Is this reasonable? Thanks for your response |

Eraytee: Oh if that is the case just leave it in FX. If it’s possible to fix that amount please go ahead and do that. You should be ok. Hello house, I could not fix my POF as advised previously by @Eraytee. However, I’m planning to explain that the funds which have been in my account for about 3 months now, was paid to me to support my studies and I plan to use part of it towards my PR application. Is this explanation good enough? |

Thank you for your response amaya21: You can put it as employment in personal history. You do not need any kind of reference or letter for jobs/businesses in personal history. |

Hello house,
While waiting for the response from my previous question, I wanted to ask about NYSC. I did not have to list it as part of my work experience since I have more than 5 years work experience post NYSC. However, I want to know if I should list this in my personal history? If yes, what type of activity should it be listed as?
Currently, I have recorded my NYSC period as unemployed because I am not sure I will be able to get a reference letter from my PPA. Is this ok?
Thanks |

Ok thanks once again. I will check out the possibility of fixing. I’m currently in the UK and the funds are in my UK account. In the case where by fixing is not possible, can explain that the money was paid for my living expenses here and also show that the tuition fees as been paid as well? Eraytee: Oh if that is the case just leave it in FX. If it’s possible to fix that amount please go ahead and do that. You should be ok. |

Many thanks for your prompt response. The problem is that the money is already in FX and that means I will be losing significantly transferring back to NGN and then back again. Please do you have any other suggestions? Eraytee: In order to save you the hassles of explaining the source of that fund, transfer your POF to one of your parents, let them send it to a different account you have different from the initial one you transferred from (am assuming you have more than one acc). Do a gift deed of this amount and invest in either TB, fix deposit etc. this would solve your issue easily. Attached transfer receipts, gift deed, investment certificate and letter on non-indebtedness from your bank. You’ll be ok. |

Hello house,
I have got an ITA and I have some concerns about my proof of funds. I actually have a lot more than required but the funds are largely from my scholarship which is paid in lump-sum annually. I have had the required amount for about 3 months now. Do you think this is going to be a problem? |
