Worship of God is first and foremost a heart thing, we worship God in the Spirit, the man if truly converted will find a good church that preaches the true word of God to attend, but as I led Him to Christ I'll advise him to attend the one I am attending as I can vouch for the truth of God's word that is preached there but if not in his locality he should look for a Bible believing one to attend. I don't have problem with fat or thin people but I can't marry a FAT lady and I can't marry a thin lady either you need to be moderate. Palin and simple. Those who are fat should do something about it. lol

1. If the couple is trully united there will be little or no quarrel between them. The Bible says two are better than one. When you were single you never quarreled with yourself (you) so when you are married you are to be better than when single.
2. If at all there is any quarrel don't ever venture tell an outsider, if you do you have started digging the pit in which the marriage is to into. You need to be very careful with interference from ANY third party because it does lead to problems rather than solve the ones on ground.

that is the truth, traditional rites as in father and mother handing over their daughter is the main thing for a marriage to be contracted. Simple.

The foundation for every good marriage is God, and we should ensure that our marriages fall in place to these ideals of God. We should get the consent of the family of the wife, this is the most important factor after God's approval of the union, never bye pass  this area, every other area is to show to the world that the two of you are now been joined together, so it all depends on hoe much of the showing you want to do. don't couples work in different places. a church is a place to serve god, and not to prove a point you are married. one flesh is not one church.

Ah! What else do you think the one flesh mean if you think it does not mean one church? Does the Bible not say "can two walk together except they agree?" there is need for agreement on which church to attend between couples or else the accuser will enter between them unsuspectingly. The issue is where one wants to go from here? If she is a true christian and a bible believing one then she needs to reconsider divorce. She may need to give a gap to have fresh take at life. But never to run away. We as Christians are called to bear our cross daily. There are lots she can do to save her marriage, i suggest she sees a bible believing counselor. Something must have gone wrong with the relationship, so there is a need to revisit the foundation, and set things right.
@Mutter- Bible is very sure cos God says, we should work out our salvation with fear and trembling and not with frivolities, will our decisions stand b4 the Almighty? God's foundation stands sure. Let's not deceive ourselves there is a way out  4 this marriage if the wife will humble herself enough to find out, the husband may not be the worst sinner out there, is there something she is doing wrong? if she changes this can there be a change in her home? Let her think well first. I wish her God's speed in the right direction.

Yes our relationship with God is the supreme. In so much as one's spouse has not fully understood the stand on oneness then rather than cause divisions it is better to let the two be going to different churches until the one is able to see the reason(s) why they should be together. Our hope is to make it to heaven under whatever circumstance(s).

Frankly divorce is never a way out of any marriage problem, there is always a better way, for the present world and the benefit of eternity. Every thing we do or say should be with eternity in view. What does God really have for this family? If He were to advice them will He tell them to divorce?
