U paid unregistered fee of 50k wen ur building is sealed i bet u bfor u complete d project dose dat collect 50k frm.u will set up.anoda group to come asking u for more money nd dat amount u will use to bribe will cover d fee for ur approval,,,If ur building is sealed work to their office ask dem for documents to b submitted get d first sets of document dey request for such as stability/indermnity letter,ndt ,soil test were applicable within d first seven days if u get dis nd submit to d district offifer u will b ur penalty fee will b waived,,,u will b given a tolerrance to proceed and submit d drawings witin a stipulated time,,,(2weeks may)and if u may give tips let it b d district officer or deputy,,,if u pay money or give bribe to d junior officer and brag bfor him after couples of junior officer frustrate u by sending more groups,,,IF THE DISTRICT OFFICE IS THE TYPE DAT IS AGGRESSIVE THEY WILL DRIL U BADLY,,,u will b demand to submit d architect,structural engrs,electrical ,mechanical engr (were applicable ) letter of completion wit attached certifate of dose mentioned above,,,NON of d above proffessional hardly submit such certifate unless is a project dey design and personally supervised .B wise and careful wen dealing wit dis scout staffs of LABSCA they will deny ur allegations and their boss will support dem,,Am speaking frm personal experiences!

Search his name from old post. Due delligence is necessary for that kind of big money. I hope you guys locate him o.

What does standing for SURETY mean to you?
What remedy do you get from the surety, if things dont work out?

- Refund of your Money?
- Report him to the Surety and maybe he will talk to him? What if he refuses?

I asked these questions so that you and the surety know exactly what you are both agreeing to.
I have seen situations where the surety said: Did l collect money from you, please stop disturbing me.
I dont like arguements.

Having said that, l have not heard any bad reviews about Adedward on this Thread.

1. do your due deligence on the contractor , it all depends on your perspective and accessment of the contractor. for example, I have done jobs here without anyone standing a shorty for me as the client willingly (client took the risk to pay me fully) paid money into my account for a job in Ogun state and we delivered as agreed.

You can as well use a middle man to checkmate the contractor while you make payment in batches to save yourself from the story that touch as some BAD eggs are here to rubbish the reputation of legitimate contractors.

2. I'm looking for sample pictures of front and back doors. The ones I've been seeing are shiny/glistening. I don't really dig those.
The front door will be temporary, we intend to change it when the project is completed. But back door, permanent.

My case is peculiar and I would really appreciate your input.

I got a 10year ban for misrepresentation when I tried renewing my visa in 2010.
(My first visa in 2006, stayed 5 months but was wrongly advised to backdate my arival date at the airport, stating that I stayed 1 month). I sent them an email apologising for that.

Now the ban is lapsed and I want to apply for a 6-month visa. Purpose is to visit my siblings.

*I was a student then, now married with children.

*I run an online clothing business. Income is between 40-50 thousand naira monthly.

*I receive monthly allowance of 200k from my husband, which he recently increased . The extra is his personal savings towards rent,school fees,etc.

*I have land documents, the children's birth certificates/school receipts , CAC certificate and tax certificate.

*3 bank statements: 1 for business and 2, personal. All below 1million naira .

*I'll be visiting my sister who also doubles as my sponsor.

How much should I state as my monthly income? And expenses? Do I add the allowance I get for upkeep or just income from my business?

How much should my budget be? I see it's twice your monthly income but in this case, doubling my income won't cut it and again my trip will be sponsored.

Please, I just need to know the best way to approach this application because of where I'm coming from.

Kindly advice, I am a new visa applicant.I made a mistake on my appointment schedule page.I mistakenly clicked on previously issued a B1/B2 visa which automatically took me to drop box and I confirmed drop box.Now, I tried to reuse my receipt voucher and it says invalid.I can’t do a Dropbox because I have never been issued a visa before.
