The appeal court erred in its judgement on oshiomhole. The moment the members from his ward became 'former members', they can't be parties to the suit. Uche nwosu's case comes to mind. Again, did the appeal court ask the plaintifs to prove the reason they gave for suspending oshiomhole beyond reasonable doubt? Was there a proven case of antiparty?

In all, oshio has won by preventing obaseki. Even if he's permanently removed, he'll still the de facto leader of apc in the state and can still have his suspension quashed. Osho will lead the apc campaign in Edo state. Osho can be appointed as a minister. I'm sure obaseki is undergoing his political burial right now.
Obaseki is the loser here; first, the judgement came at the wrong time and secondly he's out of apc and will have to face them at the poll...we all know the likely outcome of that election.

Always leave southwest out of your comments. Each zone should play politics the way it suits them. A comment from someone from a particular zone doesn't generalize the opinion or position of such zone. Divisive statement should be discouraged by all means.

Read my post well, sir. I made reference to "south west APC supporters", not the whole south west.

Everybody in south west doesn't support APC. So I don't see any generalization in my post.
