Again, did the appeal court ask the plaintifs to prove the reason they gave for suspending oshiomhole beyond reasonable doubt? Was there a proven case of antiparty?

In all, oshio has won by preventing obaseki. Even if he's permanently removed, he'll still the de facto leader of apc in the state and can still have his suspension quashed. Osho will lead the apc campaign in Edo state. Osho can be appointed as a minister. I'm sure obaseki is undergoing his political burial right now.
