The current situation of Lagos West senatorial district has exposed their capabilities to represent the masses, their thinking is so narrow to empower only transporters, if you can check their records since the inception of democracy, the biggest and least empowerment they are offering is buying small bus (Koropin) for transporters, so that their Agbero will get more money because they are their tools to manipulate elections

Imagine our population in Lagos West senatorial district! Is it possible for all of us to be transporters? Is it possible for all of us to join Agbero that collecting illegal taxes from transporters? Or our constituency allowance that they are collecting on monthly basis, is it meant for only transporters and Agbero?

If the answer to above questions are NO!!! That means this is the high time for us to put party differences aside and Canvassing everyone around us to Vote for the merit.

Lagos West is the biggest senatorial district in Lagos state, it comprises 10 local government including LCDA under it.

The research review that Lagos West is number one senatorial district that lack social amenities infrastructures, the record exposed that the worst road in Lagos state is located in Lagos West. The question remains that: 'is there anybody representing us in highest legislative bar?' the answer is yes but the response is why are we in this Mess? The close answer to that response is, it's lies on whom we choose to represent us in Red Chamber.

My findings! Effective Representation requires a vibrant blunt person that ready to speak the truth even in the point of the death, who can bears his people in mind as the first priority, who has the positive feelings for the masses and ready to impact it as soon as possible.

Come to look around, checking all the posters of those that wanted to represent us in Red chamber from Lagos West. The only established name that has been in the struggle for a long time, that possess all the qualities in above findings is Otunba Segun Adewale (Aeroland).

As Muslims commemorate the birth of Holy Prophet Muhammad, an Osun People's Democratic Party (PDP) Chieftain, Oluomo Lukman Kayode Mudashiru (L&K) has urged Nigerians to imbibe peace, love and unity just as it was preached by the Prophet.

In his goodwill message, the PDP House of Representatives Candidate conveyed the felicitation of the people of Iwo, Ayedire and Ola-Oluwa Federal Constituency to Muslim Faithful across the country.

Mudashiru prayed to God that peace will continue to reign in Nigeria adding that the enemies of the nation will be disappointed.

He stressed that the occasion calls for sober reflection even as Nigerians approach the 2023 general election while maintaining that the celebration should be done with modesty and all sense of responsibility noting that we have an assignment to keep Nigeria together.

“May this occasion bring Nigeria peace, hope and fulfillment we need to continue being an independent nation,” Mudashiru said while wishing all Muslims a pleasant celebration and Nigerians a happy holiday.

Today, alongside the Senatorial Candidate of our party, Akogun Lere Oyewumi, Ola Oluwa LG House of Assembly Candidate of our Party, Hon. Abiodun Ibrahim, I received defectors in to the family of People's Democratic Party in Olaoluwa Local Government of Osun state.

These defectors in their hundreds spoke on how they are certain that PDP is the party with answers to the question Nigerians are asking which is why they are joining the PDP.

• Atiku will unify Nigeria

The House of Representatives Candidate for Iwo/Ayedire and Ola-Oluwa Federal Constituency under the platform of People's Democratic Party (PDP), Oluomo Lukman Kayode Mudashiru (L&K) has said that Nigeria will continue to survive despite its retinue of issues ranging from insecurity, poverty and economic hardship.

He however calls for patriotism on part of both political and religious leaders as well Nigerians at large adding that only a synergy can help to build a Nigeria that we all desire.

Mudashiru in his Independence day statement made available to newsmen in Iwo on Saturday added that Nigeria has all that it takes to be the most outstanding nation not only in Africa but also in the world with its natural and human resources available only if it is well harnessed.

"Nigeria has survived since its independence in 1960 despite all the difficulties and challenges we have gone through as a nation and it will continue to survive against all odds.

"What is important is that both political and religious leaders and in fact all Nigerians come together and agree to build this nation in synergy without prejudice or any form of ethnic differences.

"Its not news that Nigeria is a blessed nation both in terms of natural and human resources, what we have lacked over the years is the ability to harness these resources to help build that Nigeria that we all desire to be the giant of Africa and even in the whole world", he said.

Speaking on the 2023 election, the Osun PDP Chieftain noted that the candidate of the People's Democratic Party, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar is undoubtedly the most prepared and qualified person to serve as the President of Nigeria.

He stressed that the focus of PDP is to unify Nigeria and Atiku will not fail to deliver stating that "he is a man of his words and will focus on connecting all the seeming disjointed parts of Nigeria together.

PVC HOARDING: PDP WARNS INEC NOT TO SET OSUN ON FIRE*

Osun State Chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has condemned in strong terms, the clear connivance of the Independent National Electoral Commission with the ruling All Progressives Congress to deny eligible voters in the state their rights to vote by withholding their permanent voter's cards.(PVC).

The PDP warns on the very dangerous implications of INEC causing the good people of the State unnecessary frustration on their inalienable rights to freely choose who lead them in the state.

According to a statement by the Caretaker Committee chairman of the party in Osun State on Friday, the PDP said it has been inundated with several SOS calls from almost all parts of the state on the consistently similar allegations of inec denying prospective voters their PVC.

More grievous is the efforts by INEC releasing voter cards in bulk to some assigned APC leaders in different local governments and communities which are in turn warehoused by such leaders for onward distribution to their members and or mercenary voters the Apc are planning to ship to Osun State for the purpose of the election.

Dr Akindele said several reports with the PDP from diferent communities and electoral wards in the state suggest that while INEC has been reluctant to release PVC to thousands of registered voters, some of them were being directed by Apc agents hanging around the collection centers designated by INEC, to see one political leader or the other for their PVC. One wonders when APC became part of INEC in whose custody sensitive electoral materials are warehoused.

He described the current gale of excuses by INEC field officials in refusing residents of the state their PVCs as strange and utterly worrisome, after the state Resident Electoral Commissioner, Mr Abduganiyu Olayinka Raji had gone on national radio announcing available of the cards and even, with ample time to sort same before embarking on distribution across the local governments.

Similarly, Osun PDP has warned the Independent National Electoral Commission to perish the attempts to embark on secret voters registration with the All Progressive Congress to inflate the current figure on the current voters register in other to augment or make up for perceived APC's electoral deficits.

Osun PDP reminds INEC that the party and indeed all political parties in Osun State are already in possession of current numbers on the voter register in each of the 3,763 polling units in the state and it will be suicidal for the election management body to allow itself to be forced into such a dangerous mission with APC.

"Osun as at today is too tensed to toy with by any agency or institution of government and it will be too unfortunate for INEC to make itself available as willing tool to test people's resolve on the July 16 governorship election in the state"

"History will no doubt, not bee too kind to INEC on any crisis erupting from careless handling of election matters by a mere election umpire in a state. If Osun State is not bedeviled with ethnic or communal crisis, igniting such on the alter of desperation of one man will be carelessness taken too far" the PDP warned.

Osun PDP therefore called on the people of the state not to give in to the fraudulent antics of APC, but instead troop out to their various wards and local governments designated by INEC for PVC distribution, to collect their cards without minding frustration tactics of INEC officials some of whom have clearly been polluted by Apc, to deny them of the only weapon of supreme decision on electoral matters.

Things may go in different direction at the initial stage, the most important thing is that there is nothing happening on Earth without God's knowledge. No amount of efforts we can make, it will only materialize by the grace of God. Both scriptures testify to that, even our tradition believe establish it. The efforts can only be crowned by God.

Here we present the man of moment that comes with vision to turn Ayiwola Federal Constituency into an environment we will be proud of. He has been working tirelessly to actualize his mission. It has come to the notice of Osun PDP , a clandestine plot by Alhaji Gboyega Oyetola's led Apc government to deploy Apc thugs to attack Senator Ademola Jackson Nurudeen Adeleke as the PDP campaign train moves to Boripe local government tomorrow, June 24th, 2022.

To effectively oil the devilish plot, Alhaji Oyetola has surreptitiously mobilized all the Divisional Police Officers in Osun State to the tune of one hundred thousand naira each. The greek gift, unknown to the DPOs and according to the plot, was gagging the police authorities in the state in advance to look away in the event of the planned bloody attack.

The PDP wishes to inform the general public, especially the traditional rulers in Osun State to reign in on Alhaji Gboyega Oyetola not to allow his fading aspiration to throw Osun State into a tumultuous crisis.

Our party shall resist any attempt on the life of our candidate, Senator Ademola Jackson Nurudeen Adeleke by whatever it requires. Osun APC and indeed, Alhaji Gboyega Oyetola should live with the fact that Osun State belongs to all of us and that his desperation would not be allowed to eliminate Senator Ademola Adeleke.

While the police authorities are at liberty to accept cash gifts as may be dolled to them by the outgoing government of Alhaji Gboyega Oyetola, but, it will be unthinkable for professionals like the police to dig a space in their heart to exchange the life of our candidate or that of anyone for that matter, for the sudden 'Father Christmas Largess' of Mr Governor. That to us is tantamount to accepting blood money to commit sacrilegious genocide.

Sometimes I ask myself if our constituency is part of Nigeria or not. Sometimes I ask myself if we have any representative at all.

Empowerment fund is being shared across the country as well as Agricultural loans. I argued it online one day that Agricultural loan is not real, people bombarded me with evidences. I traveled to one cocoa forest in Ogun state via Olode, along Ife-Ondo road, everywhere was littered with cocoa insecticide kegs with 'Not for Sale' inscription boldly written on it; I asked farmers how come, they said it's from government.

Let's look around our constituency if we are enjoying the same thing.

That's the major reason all hands have to be on desk to plan seriously on how to take power from the ruling party.

Alh. Hon. Mudashiru Lukman Kayode is set, as our candidate, to expose and bring in our benefits from government so that we will be able to enjoy dividends of democracy.

He had gathered different experiences from every part of our country and decided to stay with us for more than a decade to be able to understand how to implement his experiences in our constituency for the betterment of our constituency.

Team L&K led by Omo Oba Musa Osunwo met yesterday in our campaign office at Oloya area, Iwo, Osun state. The meeting kickstarted around 2:00pm at aforementioned venue where we normally have our progressive meeting every Wednesday.

Motion for the commencement of the meeting was moved by OmoOba Osunwo and seconded by one of our new member and opening prayer was said by Ustaz Samsudeen from Oke Adan ward 2, Iwo.

The major agenda of the meeting was mobilization of women for door to door, canvassing and elightening people on the need to vote heavily for Sen. Nurudeen Ademola Adeleke. Meanwhile, we had a great deliberation that encouraged us and assurer us of victory in the forthcoming gubernatorial election. Our hopes were rekindled about the impending victory of Sen. Nurudeen Ademola Adeleke as Osun state Governor comes July 16, 2022 by the special grace of God.

This mobilization of women for door-door canvassing of votes would happen in the Iwo, Ayedire and Olaoluwa LGs. as suggested by Omoba Osunwo. Representatives of Ayedire and Olaoluwa LGs should make available, 10 vibrant women from their local government and the representatives of Iwo should make available 15 vibrant women. These will be added to the available 15 women we already have in the group, totalling 50 women together with other available volunteers we have in the group for the door to door canvassing of electorate.

I went directly to my local government secretariat and I was able to do the verification successfully. It's now showing 'pass'
