Good day house, I registered my first domain today in dynadot, when I tried putting it up for sale, I was told that the domain is still in grace expiration period. Pls what do this mean.

You can’t put put it up for sale on their marketplace until after the grace period is over, which usually lasted for 5days. But the good news is, you can list it on Dan and other market place of your Choice!!!
The grace period is there in case you change your mind about the domain, you can delete it and your funds will be returned to you. ****Note, the fund cannot be withdrawn but can be used to purchase another domain. But this option is no longer available once your grace period is over. I hope the chiefs can correct me if am wrong, me too am new to this

With that portfolio size and no sales, you might want to check your names description and categorization. I try to tweake things every now and then.
I'm still gathering more data. But from what I've seen so far, description plays a major part in Sales. I try to be unique with my descriptions as a lot of name descriptions on SH are just copy and paste (the same).

I now take logo designs seriously, and I don't hesitate to rate it poor if needs be so it can be redesigned.

Recently, I started to do this SH cloud broker stuff for my own portfolio (more like outbound sha, 'cus how can you broker your own names? ).
I ran all my SH Domains through dotdb to see related sites. I found quite a few that are using same keywords my Domains have as their site address. I messaged some of those businesses and told them the better version was available for purchase at SH. I've attached screenshot of a reply I got.

It happens. What you need do now is outbound? Have you tried Outbounding or you don't know whom to outbound to? And also try changing Nameservers.

On the sale of Jobvivo, name was first listed as basic listing on Squadhelp in 2019, cos it was rejected for premium listing back then. Listed with a BIN of $1499 (Basic listing), received an offer of $1000 from a potential buyer via SH support, they asked for my minimum price, I quoted $1299 then... And after a few days of back and forth they didn't hear back from the buyer again so deal called off. I applied for name to be listed as premium, reason being it's attracting buyer interest and it was accepted. I listed it for $1799... Fast forward 8 months later, recieved a sales enquiry offer of $1299 from potential buyer, I suspected it might be same interest from the previous one, I set final price at $1499. Few days later buyer agreed and it sold.
Currently renewed a couple of (@120 names in February, managing a thousand name portfolio is headache on its own, u've got to treat it as a business to break even).

I have seen this information in the past (as recent as a week or so ago) while trying to do other things but I can't seem to find it again.
