With the way stocks are holding strong I won’t be surprised if the next bond coming has a returns price that’s close to inflation value of 17.33% undecided

That will be difficult ooo

Well....personally ..I will jump out of Guiness in favour of one of the 3 you've mentioned.
At 55% capital gain it has done well for you.

If I were in your shoes... I will wait to see if Zenith or UBA will give me 15% plus in dividend yield based on reduction in share price over the next 1 month and I will seek to get in with funds from sale of Guiness. Zenith provided this opportunity 2 days ago when it sold at 19.50 - 20.00 for a couple of
minutes.

I haven't mentioned UCAP cos I approach it with a 'risk provision' of 28.57% reduction in future dividend. And when I do this.... its Div Yield is 11% which falls short of the 15% target I have.

This is what 'I' will do.... please do your DD to determine what 'You' will do...

Thanks a lot! I will be selling Guinness Monday afternoon and buying Some Zenith and UCAP! 11% is not bad for me. At 11% yield I’d be doubling my investment every 6 years, that works for me. I am in this for 20 years minimum before I start withdrawing dividends to pay bills. Thanks again for your insights.

Registrars only mandate shareholders account if they have holdings in a particular company. If you tick a company you don't have holdings in, it's not valid. You tick when you've already bought the shares. When the system is queried for a particular company for the shareholders and your name is not out, no action will be taken.

does that mean i have to fill a fresh form and tick only the companies i have holdings in?

With this result, zenith is not heading south any time soon .It will go north and balance around #25
Prices of equity is to some extent determine by supply and demand. Wait after the dividend season you will see the price of Zenith at southern hemisphere.

With NSE and Nigerian business you can not be too certain.

The first two shots was March 2017. There was no pandemic then.

The third one is late February 2020 while the last middle of March 2020..

The world impossible they say does not exist.I don't use the price for equity during pandemic for future bargain..Then 2017 zenith didn't declear a dividend of #3.Then on the day it went to 19+.How long did it last?I placed order for #20 through out that day and got none.Till I see something yielding more than 15% ,I will believe zenith will go ridiculously south.

GTB can't pay N2.70k ooo.

Later in future Zenith will climb up to me GTB, or GTB will come down to Zenith level.

The N10 margin has now reduced to N5

Respect to you sir. But Gtb has proven you wrong on this one sir. We are all here to make money big time.. I am happy with Guaranty so far.

Sustainability is very important. They had to pay N2.70k in order to justify the price difference with Zenith.

GTB is planning to adopt the Holdco structure with a plan to buy a pension fund management firm, asset management firm, fintech firm, Insurance company etc between now and 2022. With these expected acquisition will they be able to pay N3.00 dividend. How will they finance the acquisitions, will the bank use equity or debt?

UBA recentky had a 55% reduction in dividend, are we sure GTB won't do something similar in the future. Time will tell
